Fab product!! Bought the Citronella soap sponge twice now for our holidays to Greece,normally I would have at least 10 mosquito bites,never got bit once while using these sponges,would highly recommen... Voir plus
Ordered 2 soap filled sponges with citronella to deter the mosquitos in the maldives, didn't see any so presumed they worked. Lasted all holiday, smelt lovely. Really lots of soap in them, well worth... Voir plus
The products are nice i cant fault them, but the packaging isn't very good. I had incorrect labels on my products, (wax melt label on drain cleaner product) you can't clearly see the ingredients on so... Voir plus

Amazing range of products and excellent customer service. The sink fresheners are brilliant and make the most amazing smell. I’ve also ordered the bath bombs at Christmas which my niece especially loved. Another order will be going in soon.

My first order they accidently missed…
My first order they accidently missed something out (I ordered not long before Christmas so I can completely understand if they had a lot of orders!)
Popped them a messaged and they responded pretty quickly and sorted it. I have since placed a second order. I can't fault their products with my first order! The bath bombs and wax melts smells are amazing. Haven't used it all but the bits I have are incredible. Thank you again 😊

Hi Audrey,
I appreciate your review and the frustration on the delay in your order. You did order PRE ORDER items of which the dispatch date was on the items you purchased, you also had 3 options to select at the shipping option - Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class and Evri Next Day. Of which you chose Royal Mail second class.
You have communicated with us a few times now and we have always responded straight away within 24 hours. When we spoke you said it was your fault that you selected royal mail second class.
We have no control over delays unfortunately with couriers and it is the busiest time of year.
You have the tracking number for your order which proves it has been posted and I can assure you money has not been 'stolen'.

Massive range of products online and the packaging looks very professional I love the pink logo stickers. Products smell amazing I couldn’t wait to use them , my house smells so fresh! Great customer service and quick replies to any queries. I’ll definitely be returning for more soon

Devine Smelling products...
I had followed Soap Gal on Instagram for a while as they had nice looking products and a good range. I decided to place an order on Black Friday and the products i received smelled devine (i ordered Ice Pixie Fragrance) for a christmas present. I had a query regarding my order and Soap Gal responded in a very timely manner and was very responsive. I am hoping to place another order this time for myself :)
