I still have not received my package and its been over a month, and they dont answer any of their mails when ive written to them

Well, it took about 3and a half weeks to get here, which is understanable due to you guys being overseas and all, I really lik e quaiity of the nacklace, it has nice weight to it, the shine on it is really nice, I have only had it a few days and I get compliments everywhere I go, so nice job and beautiful chain!!!

I wish it was a brighter color gold like 18k or 10k color. But otherwise is an absolute head turner...

I love the necklace, it just took entirely too long to get to me. Other than that, everything is fine.

I got a message that my package was delivered, it wasn't. I'm reaching out to customer service and it's just like I'm being ignored, no response whatsoever. Very disappoined.

Pure oplichters heb mijn bestelling niet gekregen meermaals mails gestuurd zonder antwoord en resultaat het zijn rasechte dieven ongelooflijk slechte sevice en de producten komen uit China dus het komt uit alle waarschijnlijkheid uit temu dus geen correcte prijs bestel daar niets want het is rommel!!!!

I ordered this and waited for over a MONTH. Their "customer service" was incredibly rude, short, and not helpful. They kept writing me "you knew what you were paying for," and "this is a shipping problem, you can't hold us responsible for shipping delays." I paid extra for the expedited processing, and it still took 31 days until I received the order. Once I received it, it was nothing like what was advertised. It was a lose rope bracelet, and had a letter on the chain?! I didn't put a letter on the bracelet as an attachment, and it had NOTHING to do with the order! This is a very shady company and I would NEVER order from these assholes again!
