Pretty good until you have an issue/exchange request
Ordered 3 times without issue as size was spot on, delivery was quite slow but guessing sourced from the States. The fourth time I ordered I needed to arrange an exchange, emailed twice, no response and now outside return period which is disappointing. Definitely put me off using again so be careful if size issues. Order was through drip hub official but shipped through the Source Society.

The quality of the shoes are top notch and so far I ain't got any problem from purchasing from them. So I can attest to them being a great service and supplier.
