The Spoilt Rotten Pet Co.  Avis 

I haven’t received the items I ordered (12th May), nor have I have received a refund (as of 9th June). They don’t respond to messages.
I’m having to go via PayPal to get my money back.
Avoid at all cost.

The best test of any retailer is how they handle a problem. I placed an order but stocks were low so the company immediately offered a refund. Despite several attempts by Kelly at Spoilt Rotten to refund the money it failed to turn up in my bank account for several days. Kelly absolutely owned the problem and sorted it out for me. It is rare to get such good service so high praise from me.

I have bought my dog treats twice from their pop up shop. The quality and variety of toys and treats are excellent and fairly priced. I would advise others to try them out. My dog loves them 😊

Fabulous shop. So much selection. Kelly is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in her service. I was looking for a specific dog treat and she didn’t have them but she sourced them for me. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The toys and products are high quality and a huge variety for all different ages of pooch. I won’t shop for anywhere else

Visited a pop up shop in yarm recently. They had loads of choice with regards to toys, treats and accessories. All top quality. Lovely staff. Thank you, definetly use in the future

We shopped the Spoilt Rotten Pet co. today at the pop up shop in Yarm, the lady was really very helpful, we came away with a new harness and treats! Will be shopping with them again!

Really lovely people, wife and husband I think? They are both really friendly and knowledgeable about animals, especially doggos. And passionate which I like most of all. excellent prices and quality of all goods sold and value for money. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed I'm sure.

Absolutely amazing! The items I wanted were sold out everywhere, except here! I needed it for a certain date and the items were here the next day! Really really friendly and understanding. Items are perfect, will be coming here for any future needs! Thank you again!

First time used these today. Got my 2 collies some unusual treats. There loved the venison hooves. Top quality products. Will defo use again.

I bought a lovely dog toy, brush and treats which are free of preservatives etc. In the Pop up Shop Yarm. Helpful lady but not at all pushy. Huge range of goods.

When we got our puppy, it was the first time I have ever owned a dog. I was totally overwhelmed with everything I needed to know. Then we came across Kelly and The Spoilt Rotten Pet Co!

Kelly is so knowledgeable and if she doesn’t stock what you need (and she stocks A LOT) then she will source it for you! She has been a real lifeline for us and she knows a lot about our bread having two of them herself!

She treats our pup and every animal she meets like a VIP. If you live in the area she will deliver for free and always arrives with a big smile and a lot of fuss for our pup. He has struggled with being nervous, being a lockdown pup, but Kelly always gives him time and is so patient. We have even taken him down to see her in the Pop Up Shop in Yarm High Street. Where she is the first Monday and Tuesday of every month.

I would highly recommend The Spoilt Rotten Pet Co to everyone with pets! It really is the best!

I’ve purchased a number of items for our puppy over the past 6 months from The Spoilt Rotten Pet Co. at the Pop up shop in Yarm and Ingleby Barwick Community Market. I haven’t used the website yet just because I like to have a look at the products but they are always been a hit with my dog and great quality so I would have no qualms in ordering from the website. The service and advice from the lady owner is always friendly and professional. We’ll continue to be regular shoppers.

AMAZING service! I spoke with The Spoilt Rotten Pet Company over Facebook, as i have 2 dogs and i wanted a treat box which contained 2 of each treat. Customer service was outstanding, wasn't too much trouble at all and a box was very kindly put together for us. As we are going on holiday i though this would be great for us to take away. The label on our treat box even wished my doggies a fab holiday! The small touches really do make a big difference. Thank you x
