Jenny and Chavon are awesome. Their customer service skills are genuinely kind and they listen to what you have to say without cutting you off. They are very prompt and professional. Also, I love the way the office is always clean and decorated cute. The world needs more people like that team.

Excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere

When I was inquiring about switching to a bigger unit Jenny was very helpful. She was welcoming and did her best to assist us with the best plan of action. She allowed us to view our options and went over each cost for the bigger units we were interested in. She even tried to help us save which is a plus! She was patient, kind and professional. She got busy close to closing but still remained helpful and welcoming to the customers coming in 5-10 minutes before closing. I highly recommend this location. Even when closing out of my old unit, Chavon was helpful and nice! The staff here is amazing! Keep up the amazing work ladies! It’s great to know you’re spending your money somewhere, where there’s great customer service.

Both Ladies were very nice and informative. They helped me make the decision that best fit my needs. I have another storage at another location. I will be moving those items to this location, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.

The ladies at The Storage Center on Clay St. are amazing! They are always helpful to whatever my need is. I've rented three times at this location and each time they welcome me with a smile and find the right fit for me. Size of unit, cost, etc...

The on site staff are so friendly and helpful. The building is clean and new looking. Access is easy and there is plenty of parking. I’m very pleased with the facility.

I was having financial difficulties and I went in and talk with Jenny the manager and she was so understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond and I am now in a smaller unit and things are looking up. Employees like Jenny are hard to find. She takes a true concern in her customers.
