Avoid!

Although the photos are beautiful, and the shoes are described as having great support, the fit was oddly wide and the structure minimal. In order to return these shoes I had to mail them at my own expense to the Netherlands. I also purchased a shirt. The fabric was like broadcloth, and the stitching unattractive. Again, I had to return it to the Netherlands. This company includes the name Vancouver in its name and shows a Canadian flag. False advertising that regard. Avoid!!!

Not reliable and misleading business

This company lists itself as being based in Vancouver, BC but it actually operates out of the Netherlands and ships its products from China. I ordered shoes in a size 7 and I received a size 10 instead. When I tried to call the company I only reached an automated message and never received a callback.

I contacted them by email and they are insisting that I pay to ship the incorrect item back in order to receive a refund. The return shipping plus duty fees would cost me over $55, while the shoes themselves cost $78.55. They refuse to take responsibility for sending the wrong size in the first place.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company. Their lack of customer support and refusal to correct their mistake makes the business feel very misleading.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I sent the product to the address that they had specified in the email which was in China. The package was sent and then it was refused. Courier charges were over $200 and they will not budge on refunding the item or the shipping charges.

The courier had asked what I wanted to do with the package so I had messaged them 3 times stating I need to know what the new address is. 3 times I got a form email back asking for information that had already been sent. Then I was sent an address in the Netherlands to send it to.

Ultimately, we told the courier just to toss it as we were not getting anywhere with the company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are a scam.

The absolute worst

The absolute worst - quality worse than TEMU- now have to return it back to Netherlands (store not even in Vancouver). Clothes are nothing like you see online - you order the clothes and they make them and ship them from China using the cheapest materials possible. I will never make this mistake again and order from a company without first checking the reviews -

This company is a total scam. Do not order from them. They used to operate under the name Envy Toronto. The name is The Store Vancouver, address is in The Netherlands, products are nothing like pictured on their website. What you receive will be absolutely inferior and unwearable. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

I am a Canadian customer, and I later found out that this company operates out of the Netherlands, despite presenting itself in a way that suggests otherwise.

I ordered a pair of sandals in size 7, but received a completely different size (EU 40), which is much larger and unwearable. This is a clear fulfillment error.

On top of that, the quality of the product is extremely poor and does not match what was advertised on the website. The materials and workmanship are far below expectations.

After posting my review, the company responded publicly saying they would “review the case” and mentioned offering a 15% discount code for a future purchase.

However, this does not resolve the issue:

I received the wrong item
The product is unusable
I am still expected to pay for return shipping internationally

A discount code is not an appropriate solution when the seller made an error. What is expected is a full refund and return shipping covered by the company.

This raises serious concerns about how customer issues are handled:

wrong items sent
poor quality products
expensive and complicated international returns
inadequate resolution offered (discount instead of refund)

I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially for international customers.

Be very cautious before purchasing.

Find the same products on Shein, Temu, and Aliexpress for much cheaper.

I was looking through this website because I saw a pair of sandals on Google for this website. Upon further inspection of the sandals and looking throughout the website I couldn't believe I was seeing items I've seen before but at much higher prices and the more I looked and compared the items I knew exactly where I've seen these products. Im a frequent shopper at Temu, Shein, and Aliexpress, I'm on these websites or apps almost every day and have ordered many products from these stores. For those of you who dont know about these stores they are similar to wholesale and very inexpensive items from China and Korea and you will find the same items on TheStoreVancouver.com for 4 or 5 times the price and these items are often bad quality and not the same as the pictures. I shop on these discount websites because there are a lot of very good items for great prices but you have to know what to buy and not to buy some categories are extremely better quality than others. Don't shop on TheStoreVancouver.com it is not based in Vancouver all the items are from China and are extremely expensive and cheap quality go to Temu, Shein, and Aliexpress and you will find all those products for much cheaper.

Worst company...cheapest sandals...they…

Worst company...cheapest sandals...they say "orthopedic" and it has nothing of ortopedic neither "quality" is not a way to describe the sandals.....The Store Vancouver IS CHINESE, NOT CANADIAN. I had to pay 99$ to send back 74$ sandals. And i bet it will be hard to refunded...Be carefull! You will be riped-off.

(Update) we exchanged many times about sending them back, or crediting them because the poor quality, you said i was frustrated...of course! You didn't want to find a solution and i lost so much time and money to send them back...your answer matches with the fake polite ways that you had been answering throughout the process, repeating i was frustrated but didn't want to fix the problem....... I know you won't find a solution and i have paid 99$ and i will have to reach my credit card for a refund of 74$.......You play the game that you will fix your mess but i know my journey has not ended yet....
