No option for a 0? This is 100 a scam. You will get a Huion product that is actually the Huion Note,but this company is not Huion, nor is it associated with Huion. After contacting Huion support, it turns out I had alerted them to an issue/someone was supplying Thesyncify with Huion's products for resale and Thesyncify is claiming these products as their own with fake imagery.

Additionally SyncifyStudio 2.0 does not exist, the instructions to download it in the email they send,are to keep you from using an official option and realizing it's fake. The app this scammer is trying to sell as their own, is actually not SyncifyStudio2.0,but an app called HiPaint which is also owned by Huion. That lifetime support membership? Also fake. For the record Huion gives FREE support. After a lengthy battle through Paypal, things were put right, and I highly suggest anyone who bought from thesyncify.com, start a dispute with whatever company you paid with and fight for your money back. The problem with this site, is that it actually gained some traction on social media,and does look legit..at first.

Avoid at all cost, if you are looking for a similar product look elsewere or just buy a Huion Note x10 from stores

I haven't ordered this item because i saw what others said on trustpilot about the refund fee and dropshipping. It looked into it and it looks like its true! Syncify is just dropshipping The Huion Note and charging 150% more. Don't buy this

Also funny how they never reply to any of their reviews. Probably because they know they're doing something they shouldn't.

Actually, i think they deserve a 2 star rating, because if i never saw their ads for their dropshipped product, i would've never found the huion note which is an awesome idea for an original product. Thanks Syncify...

I ordered this drawing tablet through Amazon. There was no manual. When I went to the company website I could not find a manual for the barrage of pop-up sales ads. I also could not find nor download the ap necessary to make it work. I contacted the company. They said that they had no record of my order and that they do not sell on Amazon. I was not allowed access to the app. It is an expensive paper-weight now. To their credit AMAZON refunded my money.

Ordering raises a lot of red flags. Pop ups with no way around them trying to pressure you into buying additional items. No way to cancel the order shown anywhere in the process nor online. Sent message to the company to cancel the order, to which they responded quickly. Said that I'd be charged 10% of the order in fees if I canceled the order. Offered additional free items and free priority shipping upgrade to keep the order and offered money back guarantee on the item. I let the order proceed with the free items and faster shipping.

However, no communication since the order was accepted. No expedited nor priority shipping. No communication on any follow up questions. 10 days without communication, so it looks lile I'll be refusing the charge on our credit card for the order after all.

BUYER BEWARE! During the checkout process, they add offer after offer tricking you into thinking you’re getting discounts and if you don’t agree, you can’t checkout. You don’t even realize this is happening until after you’ve actually checked out and see your charge. When I reached out to the company, they pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me for screenshots which of course immediately disappear. They know they are doing this! This is deceitful “upsell” AND cross-sale. I wish I had just bought it through Amazon. I recommend you do the same.

I bought this sketchbook for a Christmas gift. The website looked immediately fishy with but i saw PayPal as payment method and trusted it like a dummy. I proceed to buy, transaction of the sketchbook (around 120 - 130$), all ok... Then IMMEDIATELY after you paid it appears a page "Order not complete, don't reload the page or you might get billed multiple times" here you are FORCED to select one of the warranties, no avoiding it. I clicked on one of the packs (to see, right? the classic click that then brings you to the item page where you look at its details etc.). That very click BILLED ME the cost of the pack. No shopping cart icon, no selection chance, no confirmation, no going back, nothing. You click to see what that is, then it bills you by itself (139 $). I immediately contacted their email for an order cancelation, and they're keeping 10% of the total as fee (This 10% btw is nowhere to be seen in their refund/cancel policy website section).
Scammers. Avoid it.

Beware. They offer a 30-day refund on their tablet, BUT they require you to return it to Hong Kong at your expense. The return shipping costs range from $120, USPS, $157 FedEx, to more than $200 DHL. In other words, you're pretty much stuck with whatever you buy. OK, I guess, if you like it. But Huion makes the identical tablet for $119 on Amazon, and that can be returned--for free--if you don't care for it.

Missold product. This is actually not a Syncify product but the Huion Note from China. They gave me a return address in Hong Kong, which in good faith I returned via tracked and signed delivery. The company had told me by email that they would refund me upon receipt of the packaged product. Hong Kong Post says the company refused the package. The company is now not returning my emails. Do not trust this product or the seller. Very disappointed. Shameful behavior. If you used PayPal, raise a dispute immediately!

I just ordered the Sketchtab Duo Pro drawing tablet, extra pen nibs, shipping protection, plus extra priority shipping, hit check-out and about 5 pop-ups came up after that trying to sell me about $100 worth of more stuff...said no to all of them. After that, got an e-mail confirming my order of just pen nibs with extra shipping protection....no tablet, no priority shipping, just useless pen nibs with shipping protection for 22.97 USD WTF!

What I really appreciate is that the app comes with no subscription. These kinds of art programs usually try to lock you into monthly payments, which is honestly quite annoying. But here, everything is included right away — no hidden costs. That’s how it should be.

The tablet and app are very easy to use, even if you’re not super technical. I also like that you can export your drawings as PDF files, which keeps the vector quality. I import them into Clip Studio Paint for further coloring, and it works perfectly.

I’m very satisfied with the product. It’s practical, fair in price, and does exactly what it promises

The shipping was very fast, the product in perfect condition, what really made the experience amazing was the support! I mentioned in my review survey that one of the five pen nibs (which came as a free gift, so I wasn’t too bothered) didn’t have any ink coming out. I was contacted and compensated $10! I didn't know customer service this good still happened!! The paper that came as a free gift was decent, but I prefer using my own sketchbook. Thankfully, I was able to slot it in with no issues, it works perfectly. I initially assumed the pressure sensitivity wouldn’t be great, but it actually exceeded my expectations. Even light strokes are picked up well and synced to my iPad pretty accurately. The only mild critique I can think of is the pencil nib from them is a little bit too thick, hope they will have a thinner version in the future.

I’ve been using the SketchTab Duo Pro for two years when I recently ran into a manufacturing issue. Thankfully, the Syncify support team was amazing, they walked me through the process step by step. With their quick response and clear instructions, I had a replacement unit in my hands within just a few weeks!

SCAM SCAM SCAM The site tries to upsell you before you get a total. Then they finalize the order before they give you a total. I tried to cancel within a minute and they responded a few days later saying that I owed them 10% of the purchase price (including tax and shipping) if I wanted to cancel. Mind you, they never gave me a full invoice and receipt, their policy states nothing about the 10% cancelation fee, and they don't even cancel the order when you request to do it. I requested to cancel the order 5 times now and they just drag the process along telling you about all of their rules. It's been 10 days and I haven't received a full invoice yet. They haven't canceled my order yet after 10 days. They haven't shipped my order after 10 days, even though they say it's 1-3 days shipping.

Had so much fun with the product, it's like a childhood dream come true hahaha. High quality and easy to use, the price is definitely reasonable considering it also works as a drawing tablet in its second mode. Overall, just an amazing experience!

After concerns on shipping dates and package information, Christine from the customer support team communicated frequently and swiftly with me to update information and help resolve the issues. Very rare to see a genuinely helpful and thorough support team. Will be recommending this company to all my art friends❤️!

As for the product itself, it works exactly as advertised. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical before buying, like everything sounded almost too good to be true. But it really delivers.

One thing to mention: if you’re using the pen nib, you won’t be able to erase your drawings, as it’s real ink on real paper. That said, the app comes with an undo button and an eraser tool, so there’s no need to worry. If you use the pencil nibs, you can rub out mistakes with a normal eraser on paper, just bear in mind that the app won’t reflect that change (though that would be a bit magical, wouldn’t it? 😄). So in that case, just tap the undo button in the app.

All in all, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service; top marks from me!

I'm both a traditional and digital artist, and I use my Syncify every day for anywhere between 3 to 5 hours. Even with that level of use, it’s held up perfectly, no signs of wear or performance issues. It still works just as well as the day I got it!
I have since purchased a 2nd one for my partner, and they use it almost daily as well. There have been no issues with either tablet to date. **I personally prefer getting the pro artist bundle as the clip holder is very useful when you sketch on the go.

I also received excellent customer service when I recently purchased extra pen nibs for both tablets. The nibs were shipped from the Hong Kong Warehouse to my location without any issue. I must have asked 100 questions about my order, but the representative was very kind and understanding and took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The replies from Syncify's customer service were not immediate, but in the end everything showed up on time and arrived as expected.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchases and experiences with their products up to date!

I’m happy with the device overall. Just a heads-up for anyone reading, I did run into a Bluetooth connection issue at first. However, customer support was super helpful and resolved it quickly. So if you ever face a problem, don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

Did some digging and found out that I should have just bought this on AliExpress as it's 150% cheaper on there.

I've been spying on this website for quite a while when there was the October offering, because they hit 400k followers. That banner is, to this day (24th Feb.2025), still there and that 40% offering "ONLY TODAY" reached through Christmas and New Year, where their instagram page also announced that sketchbook with "low pricing". That's a strategy to get people to buy that book and by the reviews I looked up at here and reddit, it's clear, that it's bad customer service, not even the bought book and clearly a fishy website to begin with. Please be careful around the Internet, there are many scammers, even if they don't look like it.
