I got an email saying my layaway plan…

I got an email saying my layaway plan was going to be charged soon. But what layaway plan? I didn't but one lol. I contacted support and they quickly figured out I had two sets of tickets, one thru layaway and one thru direct purchase. They quickly cancelled the layaway plan wo further discussion. Super easy and accomodating!

Trust in The Ticketing Co!

Seamless, Timely and Professional customer service all around! in service for concerts, events and festival goers alike. It just stands out when there is coordination between events and us goer being so smooth.. and you have very little to none disconnect. Personally had a great experience with Yuji! with a quick transfer/swap opt in choice concerning a ticket. Communicated, Understanding and handled this concern in such a Timely manor! thanks again. I’ll also add that the online browser and/or the app itself has been one of my favorites to use!

Great service

Yuji got back to me within moments of my circumstances!!! I accidentally put in the wrong email address to send tickets and this was fixed within a matter of minutes !

Great customer service! …

I had accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date. I emailed them and explained and they got back to me immediately and told me what to do in order to get the right date and get a refund for the incorrect date. It worked out easily. Great customer service!

The Ticketing Company is professional, accommodating and easy to work with. I made a mistake that they happily helped correct with and for me in no time flat. A breath of fresh air in this day and age to be able to actually work with someone (a real person ~ that's you Trevor!) that cared. Thanks again.

Invaluable Support

My team has been using The Ticketing Co. for nearly two years at all our events. I can't imagine using another ticketing platform! The entire TixCo team works incredibly hard to meet all of our business needs, they are immeasurably patient, kind, and accommodating. In an industry where personal connection is scarce, The Ticketing Co. is an essential ally to promoters and creatives.
