Ticket Merchant Avis

Staff made the music and fun easy to enjoy. Bar staff were efficient as were door staff, security did not feel like an overbearing presence.

Everything ran seamlessly, Jim was hilarious and we couldn't have had a better time

As long time fans of Jim Jefferies, my friends and I had the best time and heaps of laughs!
Ticket merchant was also a great and simple platform to book the show. Highly recommend👍🏼

Excellent communication & service! Highly recommend!!

We ordered the tickets and it was emailed to us. The tickets were there and it was easy.

Easy to purchase and receive e-tickets. Fees were very reasonable compared to others and seat selection, even a week before, were very good. Great venue, ample parking and short walk. Staff friendly.

Easy ticketing. Getting to the venue. And I went alone and I had the best people who sat next to me and cared about my experience because of my mobility issue. Jim Jefferies was more entertaining than I expected. SO GOOD. AND NAUGHTY. I LEFT WITH NO MASCARA LEFT! I laughed and I cried. Thank you guys for a top night xxx

My experience was outstanding. At first couldnt find my digital ticket as didnt realise it was in my account; silly me 🤪 Sent an email which was replied back promptly by one of your friendly team, to help with my ticket which, was much appreciated. Thought hadnt received but figured it out as stated above. Recommend you to anyone. Concert was outstanding;(Devildriver/Cradle Of Filth) loved the venue; the forum Melb, awesome atmosphere, met some great fans, metalheads are the best!! Couldnt ask for anything better. Thank you, keep up the good work. 😁

Great organisation and smoothest logistics for a game I’ve been to. They sorted everything except for the score of the game, shame wallabies couldn’t get their one job done of winning.

For effortless, trustworthy last minute tickets. Repeat customer here. Ticket Merchant have always delivered.

I was able to buy the tickets here, which was great compared to getting tickets on other popular sites like Ticketek, which is usually bombarded with many customers. However I did not like the delivery of the tickets that kind of stressed me out because I thought I couldn’t get it but it just involved a process.

Got tickets before and in time for the event. No worries or stresses. I'm so happy I got to finally see the neighbourhood !!!

The tickets came as promised 24 hours before the concert and there was absolutely no problem.

was so so fun ! would love to see them in concert again

Easy and smooth transaction. Tickets came through 48 hours before the event. Absolutely no issues!

Wanted to go to the first night of the beyond the walls orchestra world tour but missed ticket sales thankfully ticket merchant had tickets for sale allowing me to secure a good seat for the night. Was an excellent experience and sooty transaction.

Purchase was easy. Communication great. Tickets delivered promptly. Everything was seamless

Ticket Merchant made the purchasing easy. Got to see our favourite team play in the beautiful People’s First Stadium. Fantastic all round. Thankyou !

Me and my son had a great night with lots of laughs, it was great to see the boy in person ,the princess theatre was also a great location one I have never been to before
