I pay attention to voice and pacing a lot, and the first version had uneven delivery across chapters. Some words were mispronounced too. I sent a detailed list with timestamps, and they followed it quite closely in the revised files.

I've had no issues with them at all when it came to following direction or implementing my desired direction for my book. Little content editing, only formatting and they went with my cover design. I purchased 10 copies to see the results before we've marketed and they came out amazing. It hit Amazon last week and now we ate doing Barnes and noble, apple, instaspark etc. Amazing team to work with. Semyra is on top of everything and service is fast. I have absolutely no complaints.
