It looks like your order was placed with the shipping address as a CA address. Per our policy, as stated on your order and shipping confirmation, once the order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order.
I see that one of our customer service agents assisted you over the phone and via email and despite the policy made every attempt to change the address for you through both the vendor and the carrier but was not successful due to the shipping status of your package. Excellent Customer Service/Excellent quality

For the first time of purchase
For the first time of purchase, I keep waiting the goods for a week. When I asked about the status, I was being told the order was cancelled.
It’s so disappointed.

I ordered a dresser and it is one of…the worst pieces of furniture I own.
I ordered this dresser and it is one of the worst quality pieces of furniture I’ve ever purchased. It’s worse than Walmart or ikea quality. Every time I open a drawer and it rattles, I get irritated. It came with a broken piece and then another piece broke while trying to put it together. One of the drawers has a bad track and doesn’t open. The only reason I didn’t return it because who wants to return a dresser. I’m a fairly loyal customer at the tot and I don’t even understand why they would stock this piece.

Long replacement wait
I reported a defective item and it took a month for the replacement to arrive. It was a birthday gift. The Tot should have done more to make things right. No one explained what happened or that it would take that long. A month is a long time for a kid to wait for their replacement gift.

Bought a gift for my Niece for her baby…
Bought a gift for my Niece for her baby shower it was broken when she went to use it. Reached out to Tot and they did nothing just directed me to the manufacturer. Ridiculous..they should have taken care of the issue. Horrible service.

High quality, adorable!
I have ordered a number of things from The Tot and every time it has impressed me. I felt things were a bit over priced but when I got them in the mail I understood why the price was higher than I would like to spend on toy's, and was satisfied to the fullest, no regrets. The quality is beyond my expectations both in looks and function. They are so well built I imagine I will be able to have them around through all my grandchildren and probably their children.
