The Trade Centre Wales - Merthyr Tydfil Avis 

Very welcoming on arrival and customer service throughout was good. Happy with purchase of vehicle chosen. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to come to you guys.

Right at this moment I cannot even comment on Trade Centre Wales as in the first instance trust pilot would not publish it and in the second instance my account would be disabled indefinitely. You can draw your own conclusions from that.....

When I bought the car iit had issue with back wiper. I was told there repair shop would contact me. I ended up calling the when I got a appointment for a week later. On the way to the garage the Car has ESP warning light on. They said it was fine. Now the ESP light comes on everytime I use the brake!!!! So the repair shop wanted me to wait a week then DRIVE 16 miles with a brake issue, or drive along the road then call out the RAC and get them to take it. Checking RAC terms they will transport your car to a garage 10 miles away. So unless you have someone around who can run you to the garage and have a second car so you can still safely get to work forget it. Just glad I have RAC warranty or I would be stuck.

My Wife, my Daughter and I recently bought our new car from Trade Centre Wales Merthyr.

Our salesman Mo Afzaal was absolutely brilliant! He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the company and made our experience an easy and enjoyable one.

We felt under no pressure, or that we were being persuaded to buy something. Mo let us know he was on hand if we had any questions (which we did!). He had the patience of a saint, going back and forth retrieving different details and quotes for numerous vehicles that we were deciding between.

He helped us make an informed decision and we are very happy with our new car. If we decide to buy another car in the future we will certainly ask for Mo again!

Trade Centre was open and transparent from the beginning to the end. A couple of faults with the car. Called today and my car is booked in to fix the issues, under warranty.
Would highly recommend the RAC warranty.
Trade Centre was recommended to me and I am now highly recommending them.

Was advised my car would be buffed and polished before I agreed to buy. On buying car it was not. Was advised they would arrange for an advisor to call for book in to Abercynon workshop. I had to chase on this. Has sullied the experience. Now have to wait 2 weeks before I allowed to go to workshop.

The service was great, on arrival I was met by Wayne Thomas who was very helpful in my search for a new car. The whole process was very relaxed and was professional.

The staff were kind, helpful and friendly, but didn't hover or pressure us and gave us a great deal. But the finance company weren't great to deal with.

Great customer service. Walked away with a car within an hour.

Do not use this company to buy a car!!!
Shocking aftercare service

Car broke down with hour of driving out of the showroom

I then had to travel over an hour back to wales to collect the car a week later after the company refused to bring it back!! Argued about paying the fuel costs to come and collect the car and to top it off collected the car today and it broke down again with the same fault!!!

And I’m expected to get again travel back to wales at my own cost losing another days work to collect it when the ‘fix’ the car!!

Never have I experienced such a shocking service!!
