Thank you for writing again, and we're sorry this has stayed with you.

This is the same Selenite plate enquiry of 24 September that we've already responded to on your earlier review and your daughter's, so we'll keep to the new points raised here.

On the call: We've reviewed the chat and call record in full. What we did explain, more than once, is that our WhatsApp number is a chat-only support line and cannot take calls after hours — which is why calls from a second number also went unanswered. We also hold the messages Rahul received during this exchange, which were personal and abusive towards him; he chose not to respond in kind, and neither will we.

On deleting reviews: businesses on Trustpilot cannot delete reviews or block anyone from writing them. Your earlier review and your daughter's are both still live, as anyone reading this can see. Where several reviews describe a single interaction, we have reported them to Trustpilot as duplicates, which is the process the platform provides. That is the extent of what we can do, and we've done it openly.

If you'd still like the Selenite plate, our offer stands: Email us we'll handle it personally. — Team Vedic Crystals

Thank you for writing, and we're sorry this enquiry has been such a frustrating experience for you and your mother.

This appears to be the same Selenite plate enquiry from 24 September that we've replied to on another review, so we'll keep this short and just answer the question again for anyone reading:

Selenite is a self-cleansing crystal and does not need regular recharging. The energisation we perform is a one-time ritual before dispatch. After that, keeping the plate in a clean, dry space and placing it under moonlight occasionally is enough for most people and if your healer or astrologer suggests a specific routine, please follow that.

A quick clarification on the calls: our WhatsApp number is chat-only support. Our team replied on the evening your message came in , after office hours , and helped with the payment issue as well, but couldn't take the calls that followed. We should have answered the energisation question more clearly in that chat, and we've gone through the conversation with the team so this doesn't repeat.

If you'd still like the plate, email us at contactus@thevediccrystals.com we'll make sure you're taken care of. — Team Vedic Crystals
