Losing a pet is something you never want to experience but Petar provided a supportive and kind environment on the day and afterwards. We will always appreciate his compassionate care at a difficult time.

Saying goodbye to Otter was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, but Petar & Elena (The Vet 2 Go) made a heartbreaking experience as peaceful and dignified as possible. From the moment we made the phone call they were incredibly calm, gentle and reassuring.
When Petar arrived at our home he explained every single step and never made us feel rushed.
Otter was able to pass away peacefully, at home surrounded by love until the very end.
When it was time for Otter to go on his final journey Petar wrapped him in a blanket and put a Teddy with him, to give him company.
We will be forever grateful for this compassionate service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Vet 2 Go. Thank you

I cant express enough the most heartfelt thankyou to Dr. Petar, for the endless Kindness, care ,compassion, dedication and the most amazing efficiency he has shown us during our time of need for our 14 year old Caverlier, Charlie .
We came across their website in the evening, i sent a message, they phoned me first thing in the morning, we knew Charlie needed help for the next day, the time had come. As arranged Petar arrived at approx 4 pm, which gave us some final quality hours to share with our boy and as a family, together. The kindness, warmth, care and understanding Petar gave to Charlie and to us all as a family was something we will never forget, He enabled a calm, peaceful and dignified farewell, at home and in his favourite chair, with us all around him and with his mummy till the end. The professionalism was beyond seamless, Dr Petar, gave me time afterwards and before leaving with charlie, Dr petar wrapped him beautifully up in a fleece blanket in a bed, just like he was asleep. He returned today with his ashes, again the most wonderful kindness and care given to us was amazing,
also the attention to detail from the crematorium he is aligned with, was exactly as Dr. Petar had described and has the most amazing packaging, beautiful prints from Dr. Petar and family for Charlie's paws and nose, his fur in the most beautiful vial and his paw print in foam were stunning and such a beautiful touch that we will carry with us forever,
In practical terms, their pricing structure is completely transparent, the process was unbelievably seamless and their website is true to its word. Thankyou so very much for making the hardest goodbye a dignified one and the most kindest send off we could have wished for, for Charlie. I have used Petar twice now for animal health certificates for travelling around Europe with my 2 dogs. I have nothing but praise for Petar’s professionalism and friendly service. When the time comes for my dogs to cross the rainbow bridge I will certainly hope to be able to use his service at my own home, until that day I will utilise him for the European adventures! When we knew that we had to let go of our cat, Rosie, we searched around for someone we felt we could trust to do it compassionately and I am so glad I went with my gut instinct with Petar. Its a heartbreaking time but Petar was unbelievably compassionate and caring and made us feel like we had certainly let her go with dignity, love and care. We honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better and the whole process from Petar visiting, to us getting Rosie back home was incredible. I won't hesitate to call him again when the time comes for our other cats x

I emailed late one Sunday afternoon with regards to the health of our ageing husky Koda.
I was quickly contacted and a quality of life assessment arranged for the following day.
Petar the vet took time to listen to Koda's recent health story and checked him over.
He explained everything calmly and thoroughly, allowing us time to process the situation.
Unfortunately the decision was sadly an obvious one, but Petar stepped back to give us space and time to make our call.
Petar continued to talk us through it all as we said goodbye to our boy. This happened serenely in our garden with us present, keeping Koda calm and relaxed.
Koda had an individual cremation and his ashes returned personally by Petar as part of the service.
He still took time to talk, speaking calmly about how things had been etc.
The whole process was professional and compassionate in the extreme.
I have no hesitation recommending this company and service.
We would like to thank Petar and his wife Elena for making a painful episode as pain free as it could have been. Thank you both.

Peter was extremely kind thoughtful and patient. He took the time to explain what to expect and made sure we had time with Roo before and after he went to sleep. Made a one of the worst days of our life bearable.

I contacted the Vet2Go to have our sweet boy Milo put to sleep. Petar from the outset was so compassionate, showed so much care, love and kindness. I will forever be grateful for making such a difficult situation that little bit easier. In comparison to have our other dog put to sleep at the vets. Without a shadow of a doubt this was by far the better option. Peter has a way of making everyone feel calm and I know my sweet boy in that moment felt so loved by all.

When our beloved Dogue de Bordeaux, Bruce, peacefully passed away in his sleep at home after almost 10 years of unconditional love and companionship, we were heartbroken.
At around 6am I contacted Vet2Go, and from that very first call they showed genuine compassion, kindness and understanding. They quickly arranged to collect Bruce at 10am the same morning, and every part of the process was handled with professionalism, dignity and heartfelt care.
Losing a much-loved family member is one of the hardest experiences anyone can go through, but the team made an incredibly painful day just a little easier. They treated Bruce with the respect he deserved and showed sincere empathy towards our family throughout. They also arranged his cremation, taking away so much of the stress at a time when we simply couldn't think straight.

I would highly recommend Petar to anyone having to go through this sad and sensitive time! He understood completely how devastated we were, he showed care and compassion at a time when we really needed it. Our dog was everything to us, we had him from 8 weeks old until 14.5 years and we are so grateful to have had him pass peacefully at home with us.

Petar was extremely kind, compassionate and respectful to Ruby and ourselves when he came to help with our last goodbyes.

He gently explained what to expect and made it comfortable to express our wishes for Ruby’s care and after care.

We were very impressed by his patience, dignity and respect at the most difficult time.

This is the second time that I've had petar for the final journey first was our dog Ruby and this time for our cat mim,he is the most compassionate person giving her the most peaceful and dignified end I would recommend him to anyone

At one of the worst periods of my life I can honestly say that Petar and his wife have shown me that there are people that truly go above and beyond to help. From the first phone call they couldn’t have been kinder and more compassionate towards me and my border terrier Scampi. Their service has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They truly have looked after Scampi and made sure that his last hour with me was pain free and peaceful.

Our boy Dexter was so special to us. He was a Bullmastiff and should have scared people with his appearance, but, instead people gravitated to him because he was so friendly n goofy. He just wanted everyone to love and pet him.
He had been ill for 3 months, and wasn't going to get better. We knew the time was drawing near for us to consider putting him to sleep. We did not want to take him to the vets to do so, to us we saw it as a bit of an insult to him, he was part of our family and in being so he deserved to die surrounded by us in his own home.
We contacted Vets to go and from tge first email we knew we had made tge right decision in choosing them. Petre was brilliant, calm, kind and thoughtful. He put Dexter at ease and was enthetic towards our feelings. I am so glad we choose him to help in Dexters passing.
I can say nothing but positive things re the service re received and highly recommend Vets to go.

Peter arrived on time, coming out on Easter Sunday to put our beloved dog Riley, 14 to sleep.

A wonderful, compassionate and caring man who really helped make such a terrible experience, calm and peaceful. Peter took his time and won Riley over with lots of tasty treats, the first food he had eaten in 24 hours.
He made sure the process was explained, which made it so much easier to cope with.
When Riley had taken his last breath,, Peter went outside for 10 mins in the pouring rain to give us some alone time.
I was so distressed at having to say goodbye to my best friend but Peter make me see that putting Riley to sleep in the comfort of his own home with the people who loved him, was the kindest thing to do.
From his lovely kind wife taking our call, to the end of Peter’s visit, I can honestly say that you will find Vet To Go, pet centred, sensitive and so so caring.

Petar was a godsend at such a terrible time. He didn’t hesitate in coming as quickly as possible after I called him, to help us. Saying goodbye to your best friend is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but Petar showed genuine empathy to the situation, gave us time and we didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever. He did everything possible to respect our wishes. The whole thing was dealt with calmly and compassionately.
