Tanz was amazing from start to finish. The careful consideration about what the cake was for but ‘who’ it was for, she wanted to know about my Mum, who was turning 80, and made the most beautiful fabulous amazing creative yummy cake that really incorporated who my Mum is. Little nods to my Mums personality with such elegant creativity. Thank you so much!

Tanz is supremely talented and creates the most incredible edible art. She was able to take a vague idea from me and transform it into something truly amazing we will always remember. Communication was a breeze. Worth every penny and then some!

We were so impressed by Tanz and her amazing effort to create the whole vision we had for our wedding cake, it was simply stunning and tasted absolutely incredible.

Tanz made a special dairy free top cake for my new husband and it’s so rare for him to eat cake and he LOVED it, sat down and ate a whole slice. Also, the love and care Tanz puts into the whole experience is simply so thoughtful and touching with the engraved cake stand, with our new married names! It was such a surprise ❤️. Tanz’s cakes are incredible! They’re the most beautiful cakes I think I’ve ever seen - so beautiful, that I wasn’t too worried about what they tasted like as they were for a family celebration, but…..they tasted just as amazing as they looked! They ended up being the centre piece of our party, made even more special by the fact that Tanz so kindly made some of the cupcakes into our favourite flowers. My daughter’s birthday cake was more than I could have imagined.
Tanz created a fantastic and delicious gluten free cake for my daughter who asked for a spidey and unicorn cake, not an easy task!
Tanz is very creative, imaginative and highly talented and will think of every detail.
She was not afraid to try her hand at her very first gluten free cake, and it turned out superb!

Incredible 40th birthday cake for my wife. It was an intricately designed vanilla cake made to look like a bouquet of flowers. She loved it as did all our guests. Delicious and stunning. Our second time using The Village Baker and we’ll be back!

We ordered a cake from The Village Baker for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the very start, Tanz was personable and professional, making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Wow wow wow, the service from my first contact to the minute I had the cake in my hand was top class.
The cake for the Swiss National Day celebration for 300 Swiss people celebrating in London loved the look of it, and when I (who donated the cake to the event) wanted taste it, it was all good, that is how good it was.

What I liked about the Village Baker's service, my specification was so brief apart from that I want a mountain and a swiss flag, and the Village Baker came up with concepts, we got there, and was even given instructions how to cut it.

Totally professional all the way through and a lovely looking and tasty cake.

Tanz has made us two beautiful cakes so far.
The first was for my husband’s birthday. I chose carrot cake and oh my gosh, it was the best carrot cake we have ever had. My husband has tried his fair share of carrot cakes but he said this one topped them all. I am usually not a big carrot cake fan but this one completely converted me.
The second cake was for my daughter’s 4th birthday. It was absolutely incredible and matched the decor perfectly. The attention to detail was so impressive. We chose two flavours, biscoff and oreo and both were divine.

Amazing looking cake that tasted even better! Tanzila was easy to work with to pick a design that we wanted for my daughters 18th Birthday. When the cake arrived it looked exactly like the pictures and the whole family were very impressed. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.
