I have to say, the customer service here is excellent.
Unfortunately, my order was handled poorly by An Post and as such, arrived damaged. However, the customer service team here sorted me out within a matter of hours and by the next working day I had my replacement vinyl. I’ve been collecting records for 3 or 4 years now and I have never experienced customer service like that.
The speed at which they operated is amazing and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future purchases (Kingfishr hopefully 🤞)

It was great, I was supposed to receive the CD of the song Azizam - Ed Sheeran at the end of April, but they sent it to me two weeks early and I was very surprised.
