This is the second watch I have purchased this year and yet again the service is still second to none Adam certainly has patience with all the questions and needs I requested
First class keep doing what you do

I brought a present 🎁 it was great vaule came with a guarantee and warranty we thought it could be a easy repair turned out the working had to be changed The watch experts went beyond and have given us faith again in buying blind I'd never dealt with them before I'll deal again as soon as possible a true honourable company you can trust thankyou

Fantastic help and advice from Adam in helping my find my dream watch. Delivered the next day by Royal Mail, it's in incredible condition, yet was noticeably cheaper than an older version in worse condition that was for sale in a local jewellers. All in all, it was a great buying experience, and one I'd definitely recommend

Ordered the watch repair kit…. Level of service and follow up is just what I expected from a professional business . Being a watch fanatic I’ve also purchased a few watches and again the service has been exceptional.

Wonderful service from the watch experts, cleaned and serviced my old omega and replaced the strap, excellent communications, and advice. Thankyou

Wow what a website to find, the description of the watch I purchased was spot on and the delivery was super quick. This is a company you can trust to deliver what you purchased.

The whole experience was absolutely 5*.
Gentleman called Adam was always there to answer any questions, watch came as described. Thank you very much!

They have provided excellent customer service from start to finish and I'm very happy with my purchase. The watch was exactly as described and runs perfectly.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a watch.

Seen a watch I liked sent email for information got a reply from Adam he did some research for me and when sent the information back to me i decided to buy the watch and very happy

The description on the site was absolutely spot on and I would know, it was a present for her indoors. Delivered in a week 🙌 on time ⏲️ and telling the right time. 👏 brilliantly done

Great watch Great service would recommend Adam and I will be buying more watches .

I was a bit nervous ordering as it's not as well known of a preowned watch seller, but the quality and price of a breitling i'd been hoping for was too good to miss and i'm so so pleased i ordered. The service was so fast, i had the watch within a couple of days and it was exactly as described - in this case the watch looks brand new. Lovely touch to include extra care instructions and company details. I would recommend the watch experts and will likely use them again.

This was my first dealing with Watch Experts as wished to trade my current watch for a Breitling they had for Sale.
From my first initial enquiry from Michael then dealing with Adam thought out the process my experience was first class.
These guys are professional trustworthy and keep regular contact and updates on every stage in relation to my trade in
Again a massive Thank you to Adam and Michael.I cannot recommend this company enough should you wish to purchase or trade in your existing watch.

Best Regards Dave

During the last couple of months I have been searching for my holy grail watch, The Tudor Harrods Special Edition. There were a few Harrods on EBay but I was uneasy in purchasing an expensive watch from a private seller.
A few days ago I saw a Harrods advertised on The Watch Experts website. It looked amazing and was competitively priced, it was also a younger watch than those advertised elsewhere. I contacted Adam and the communication from him was first class, I purchased the watch on Friday afternoon, and the watch arrived this morning, that is what you call world class service.
The watch is immaculate and to say I’m overjoyed is an understatement!
I cannot recommend The Watch Experts enough, amazing purchase experience and a massive shout out to Adam.

Amazing service. Ordered my watch 3pm in the afternoon and received it the following morning at 11am. Very well packaged. Watch was exactly as described and I am more than pleased with this. Over the last few years I have used another site and this is my first purchase from the Watch Experts and certainly not my last. Will definitely use again, in fact, already looking for my next purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanks.

Excellent experience from start to finish
