Great service guys, first class!
A very personal buying experience where nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. I bought 4 kites and 2 control bars and am delighted with my purchase.

Ordered a kids 4m Ozone (with great discount) they immediately contacted and apologised the colour was not available and offered alternative. Was with me next day along with a lovely personalised message and sticker. Top service, great value. Will use again.

Personal service
I ordered a Vector vest for windsurfing and although the one I ordered was not in stock, the company was quick to be in touch and offer some alternatives at a reduced price. I received a personal service on the phone, the item was packaged securely and it arrived a day later. I was very pleased with the item and the service that I received.

Great Service and speedy Delivery
I ordered an impact vest from the watersports centre. The colleague who helped me via the online chat was super helpful with checking stock levels and size guides. They dispatched it the same day and it was delivered the next. Fantastic service!

What made this order and service particularly good was the excellent communications and updates from The Watersports Centre. There was a slight delay with the order, due to having to ship in from Europe, but I was kept fully informed throughout.

Simply great company to dela with
One of the best companies I have come across. Placed my first order with them last week.
Very helpful advice regarding sizing on the phone and their advice made me change my order size and it arrived and there advice was spot on and a perfect fit.
A couple of glitches with the stock levels on there new website but a call soon confirmed stock and ordered smoothly
Quick delivery arrived next day and nice little thank you note this is how companies should be will definatly use again
