I recently bought a Helmet for Kite Foiling. Delivery was very quick. And parcel nicely wrap with a lovely note saying,' Hi and Thank you for your order '😁.. lovely touch.

Delivery was amazingly fast
Delivery was amazingly fast. Product was better than expected, and they wrote a little hand written note, wishing me enjoyment and thankyou for purchasing from them, nice touch. Definitely shopping with them again.

Efficient fast delivery

Contacted shop through chat on website for advice on product. Then spoke t George on phone who was helpful. Website easy to use and product sent out same day.
They also confirmed some differences between order and phone.

Fast order processing, bad delivery agent
Item received as ordered and got despatched very quick. So far great! Using parcel force as carrier is not so great. :-( I stayed at home all afternoon to wait for the parcel, which was not delivered in the end. I was not told if and when it would be delivered again the next day.
