One of two orders still missing, customer support extremely unhelpful

I placed two orders for two mugs each. The first order arrived about two weeks later than the initial delivery date, and one of the mugs was broken. A replacement for this was sent quite quickly and this time the item was wrapped more carefully and arrived in one piece. My second order is still missing - since 8 months now. Customer Support has been extremely unhelpful. They keep claiming the order has been delivered and referring to a wrong tracking number which does not match the one I was sent. I keep explaining that the order has not been delivered and have sent the tracking details and screenshots from the tracking app showing that the order has not been delivered but Customer Support keeps ignoring that and continues to claim that the order was delivered. At some point they even claimed that I have signed for the delivery (but didn't show any proof of this) which is of course impossible as I never received it. After writing several e-mails back and forth I am still no closer to finding out where my order is (or getting a refund). I love the mugs, but because of my problems with delivery and the unhelpful customer support I cannot recommend this company at all.

Adorable

I ordered two cat cups....so cute. Was expecting a long wait after I realised they were posting from China to Australia, but I surprisingly received them within two weeks of placing my order.
Tracking was dismal though..... order apparently still in China after I had actually received them, lol. Each cup was well packaged in individual boxes with loads of bubble wrap to cushion against bumps, and clearly marked on the outside as breakable.
I would have given 5 stars, but I was a little disappointed there were no care instructions or description literature included with the cups. Would have been useful as they were given as a gift.

Bad presentation but good product

Product was good but took a while to arrive and the packaging was not as I would expect for the cost - just plain white packaging cardboard box - not good presentation for a gift. Expected a box depicting the contents.

Nice homepage; good communication; delivery took some time but was definitely okay; we like the glasses very much.
Maybe some of the faces could be added a little bit farer away from the ears --> making them better visible when looking down on the glass. But still like it al lot.

I received the wrong order and…

I received the wrong order and contacted support. They said I should receive a replacement and a tracking code will be supplied in a few days.

After waiting a week I asked again and they said the team need to verify my replacement with logistics. I told them that I was given not only the wrong order, but an order much cheaper than the one I wanted. I asked again when I would get a replacement and they said wait for the teams response.

After yet another week I asked for an update, they told me they have to ask the logistics team again, which are now conveniently on vacation!

The customer service with this company is disgusting, I would stay away from these products!

Absolutely horrified

Absolutely horrified, ordered a drinking glass and it came in a plastic bag, no protection it was pure glass dust by the time it arrived. Do not waste your money. I'm shocked and disappointed.
