Samantha was the best! I normally book travel myself, but Samantha made the process so easy that I wonder why I do that! She is so fast to return calls and emails that I wonder if she ever sleeps! Plus she was able to get us lots of free extras (like massages!) and we were able to set up a payment plan over a year to pay for our holiday in instalments which is wonderful. Additional complexity with short notice and peak period of summer holidays, but there was nothing Samantha couldn’t do.
