The Whitby Guide Avis

A good prompt delivery, quicker than expected. Will definitely be ordering from them again

Fast delivery, item well packaged

My husbands family come from Whitby, in fact his father was born in the house on Henrietta street at the bottom of the stairs snd we visit Whitby often. I got these for his Christmas present and I know he will love them. They are so unusual and quirky. Whoever made them did a really good job.

These lovely items, which were brought as a present, were much appreciated by the recipient. The service was excellent, with the items arriving promptly.

The painting was really good, brought from the Internet it was really easy.

The product itself is brilliant - one of the Whitby bottle lamps. Unfortunately, due to a breakdown in production equipment, it arrived well over a week after my brother's birthday, for whom it had been purchased. There was no communication from the company and, if I hadn't got in touch first, I wouldn't have known why there was a delay. I think the company should have notified customers of the problem. When my brother eventually got his present, he was delighted. It's really lovely.

The bottle I ordered was of great quality & as described I am very happy with the purchase & it arrived quite quickly & well packed would recommend this company's

I’ve purchased this item for my friends Christmas. I’m totally blown out by the item, such very high quality. I’m that impressed, I’ve ordered another for her husband. (They both have family connections with Whitby). I hope the second item arrives in time for Christmas. I’m sure it will. Well done a 1st Class item.

Absolutely love these bottles - thank you
My late parents (Phyl and Lol Inman) sponsored step number 11 when they were refurbished some years ago. Their names appear on the plaque at the top of the steps. Step 11 features in the bottle x
