The Whitby Guide will always be part of my present list
The family and many of our friends visit Whitby Folk Festival every year and The Whitby Guide supplies me with many good ideas for birthday and Christmas presents to bring back memories. The Bottle Lights were beautiful and very much appreciated by our friends at Christmas. I ordered a double-sided cushion on the last minute to give as a present and was immediately told that the item would be delayed slightly due supplier holidays. It arrived soon after the supplier had resumed production and I was kept up to date throughout the process by Thomas. Many many thanks for the care and attention shown.

I bought an online photo/copy by Frank Sutcliffe; 'Whitby Fishermen at the Harbour Rail', but it wasn't the same quality as the same one subsequently found and purchased in the Whitby Museum. When the Whitby Guide learned of this via this review site, they gave me a full refund and apology without my asking - super service.

Hi Gordon. I’m sorry to hear the printing of this Sutcliffe image did not meet our usual high standards. We have very high standards here at The Whitby Guide, as our previous reviews show. We are always happy to offer full refunds to any customer who is not happy. This order was placed on the 1st of March, and it is the first time I'm hearing you were not happy with the order. If you had emailed us when receiving your order, I would have immediately issued a full refund. I have now processed your refund, which will land in your bank account within a few days. I’m glad you have managed to find the same image at Whitby Museum.
Again, I can only apologise that this order did not meet our high standards of service.

Skarvia wile whitby sleeps
Being a goth and visiting whitby regularly I really enjoyed this book and knew were all the places were that were mentioned and I have also been to Romania on holiday and visited the castle it was a great read and I couldn't put it down loved every bit of itn
