I am a returning customer to the white house Swords clinic. I would definitely reccomend their professional, caring and effective service. Mara, always curtious, very professional and always has a smile when you enter the clinic. Mara takes care to explain the process in full and to give you supportive tips on what to eat and drink after your treatment. My results were amazing. Thanks again to the white house and Mara.

Not the best experience I’ve had here
I had a teeth whitening top-up treatment here a week ago. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed with the experience and more importantly, with the result.
There was no shade assessment before or after the treatment, so I wasn’t shown how much of a difference had actually been achieved. During the treatment, there was also very little check-in after the first gel had been applied — nobody came to check whether I needed any suction or to apply a second gel layer.
I also don’t feel that there has been a significant improvement in the colour of my teeth. I appreciate that results can vary between individuals, particularly with a top-up treatment, but I expected to see a more noticeable difference.

I got the express whitening treatment…
I got the express whitening treatment this morning, they were very professional felt no discomfort whatsoever and felt comfortable throughout the treatment and no sensitivity! Got up to nearly 6 shades brighter and they look great will be back again soon!

Galway Clinic
I had my teeth whitening experience in Galway today, my first time. It all went very easily and I definitely see an improvement, they are much brighter looking. No pain or discomfort, the whole experience was very clear and professional. I'll go for a top up session in a few months and try to maintain the brightness.

We do have a genuine, full money-back guarantee, the policy is on our website here: https://www.thewhitehouse.ie/money-back-guarantee/. As per the terms and conditions, once a client leaves happy with the results achieved on the day, the only way for us to verify shade regression afterwards is through a follow-up shade measurement check against your original shade measurement. Once we can confirm we haven't achieved at least 5 shades whiter on the Vita scale, we can offer the refund. Refunds can only be issued in person, back to the original payment method, so it isn't something we're able to process remotely.
We'd really encourage you to book that appointment, as it would be the quickest way to get this resolved.

Very nice staff
Mara is a lovely and knowledgeable dentist and made sure I was happy throughout the consultation. I had hoped to get the whitest colour available but I think they look whiter than they did when I came in.
