Moving from Australia to Canada was a pretty big step for me, and there was a lot to organise before making the move. The Working Holiday Club helped make the whole process a lot less stressful, and the team has been amazing to deal with along the way.

I’m now here in Canada, getting ready for a winter working at Sunshine Village in Banff, which is pretty surreal after talking about it for so long. Really appreciate the help getting me to this point and looking forward to what’s ahead! 🇨🇦🏔️

The Working Holiday Club provided a good list of jobs to apply for, and their guides and information covered most of what I needed to know before heading over. The team was available and supportive throughout the process, which took a lot of the stress out of it.

TWHC was such a big help in helping me find a good job for the winter season! They have provided so much information and were very good at replying promptly to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend using their services when thinking of working overseas on a working holiday!

Their assistance with finding a suitable role to apply for as well as providing super helpful information and advice for the interview, has helped me secure a job before I even arrive, which has taken a lot of the stress and uncertainty out of making the move. They’ve also been really helpful with the Working Holiday Visa for Japan, giving me plenty of insight into how the process works, providing useful tips and advice along the way, and answering any questions I’ve had.

Easy and stress free experience. Jake was a legend and it was a pleasure to have him help us along with our dream to work in Japan.

This company is not worthwhile at all. You pay for the company a year in advance and do not find out if you have a job lined up or your start dates until not even a month prior. Why be so organised for your trip and not get given all the details. Also unable to switch plans due to the unorganised schedule of jobs being offered to summer program instead. Very disappointing. You can figure out all the visa stuff yourself and not very helpful with that. They just are like a nagging person messaging 24/7 when they don’t even understand why it’s not working and you have to figure it out yourself.

I have used TWHC most recently for Japan and previously for Canada. I felt as though I didn’t need this service for Japan, as I didn't want the role I received through TWHC, so I found the role I wanted with staff housing independently (in my experience not the case for as many people in Whistler). Also, when I reached out asking why CoverMore was chosen as their recommendation over other insurance options for Japan, they said it is the best policy for Canada, but Japan policies are different, so go with whatever insurer I like. My visa application was also reviewed by TWHC, and it still got rejected twice at the consulate before they accepted it. However, my experience for Canada was different, as I went with the role I applied to through TWHC, and as I mentioned, I believe this service helps to obtain staff housing with Vail, which saves a lot of money in the long run.

Hi I know when companies offer services and majority of companies mostly help there clients etc and i know we live in a free country in australia lucky country and say in a friendly nice ways how theses services have helped us or not and again im not trying to be difficult in anyway but majority of you have given this company service good ratings and that is okay not everyone has good excellent service but when yes maybe i could have gone a little too far and i always take my fully responsibilities and in the beginning when they promise you hope and then they say and i quote i dont think your right for being apart of this company and they make you feel like nothing and feel suicidal because of that hurt my feelings it really hurts especially and instead of actually answering my calls whether or not i did my visa through them especially in the very early days giving me hope and then they make you feel like nothing a burden making me feel suicidal which actually put me in hospital for that and to refocus on my life and say well okay if they wont to be like that well thats there problems and there work colleagues especially i know if it was the other way round and i did that to them and make them feel suicidal and upset them hurt there feelings they and there family members would not like it and put up with it nobody likes to feel like this adandoned and even suicidal especially look how it tears family friends partners relationships apart but I know if this company had any sympathy or cared they would acknowledge this ring that person and or persons to resolve and say how terribly sorry they are especially for them to make me feel suicidal but all i can say is if i was working for a working holiday business i would actually firstly not say my staff and i think your not fit for this service make them feel abandoned make them feel left out and especially well for me i would personally say they are not fit for this company make them feel abandoned especially i personally would not make indidivals feel suicidal that makes them feel like nothing and make them end up in hospital especially theses serious topics in some cases can be fatal and the family friends people left behind are devasted for the rests of there lives. But i just say to this working holiday club services you didnt break me you shown me alls yours true colours and straight through you alls and i say if you had the decent slightest care about me you would at least say sorry over the phone to me but i say dont do it to anyone else especially make them feel like nothing and suicidal because sometimes it can be fatal.

But remember there are alot of other services out there that care keep your hopes up high dont make you feel adandoned make you like me feel suicidal and make me end up in hospital. There are other people out there that care about other human beings and remember your a valid person in life and i know i am one of them but i just say this company in the long term for me i can only speak behalf of myself make me feel like nothing and the appalling distinguishing attitude. But anyway for me this company will be sorry and regret this.

There is support out there and there are people in this world willing to help you support you care about you include you and help you find other services that care about you and resolve things and not make you feel like i had above and theses not so nice feelings and especially i say in a nice way i will be that voice for people who cant stand up in a friendly way and talk in a friendly way.

Again finally im not be mental im speaking 100 per cent brutually truthfully honestly assertive friendly way in writing a review and i stop how they made me feel especially all thoses not so nice feelings i mentioned above.
