I placed two orders and wanted to…

I placed two orders and wanted to cancel one, reached out to customer service and despite it saying they reply within 24 hours and if you email within 24 hours they can cancel your order. They still shipped out my package and said I could return it. Well when I got my package they never replied to my multiple emails of me trying to reply to them. Will never order from them again.

Great customer service!

This company has great customer service. I complained about the insoles rubbing my feet the wrong way. They suggested that I keep trying them so I would maybe get used to them. They were right...they are starting to feel better.

Ordered a women's 9 and received a men's 9 - will not accept returns.

Ordered a women's 9 and received a men's 9. Even after repeated explaining that they had sent me the wrong size, I was told that a mens 9 is actually the same as a women's 9. It's not. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT returns, even if the mistake was on their end. They offered 30% discount on the full price I paid. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

constant up sell 😔

While I love the product, I do not like the constant up sell for more products as I checked out!
EDITED!!!
5 stars for the product! The xstance inserts fit my new NB running shoes perfectly and although I no longer run this helps with cushioning & stabilization for my problem feet issues (plantar fasciitis & support for arches etc)

Great product

Great product. I highly recommend. Has my feet feeling way better. Pain isn’t gone but better than with my $300 insoles

They help my feet

I received the orthotics quickly. I’ve used them in sneakers and flat shoes to help lift my arch and provide support for plantar fasciitis. They fit in my shoes well and are comfortable.

The BEST insoles for flat feet

The BEST insoles for flat feet. I had injured my foot due to flat feet and was suggested to get insoles. These are the best ones I’ve found after more than a few pair. Definitely worth the money!

Tried to return insoles because they…

Tried to return insoles because they made the hip pain worse. They offered a partial refund instead of full refund with return. I cancelled the subscription and then received a email stating my insoles were shipped and billed my card $50.94. I called several times and got no answer. Emailed them again and now waiting on a response which they said could take 24 hours. Do not purchase from them. If I would have known how awful the customer service was I would have bought them from Amazon and been able to return them and not be billed for more. I am contacting my card company and turning them in for fraudulent charges.

We are truly sorry to hear that the insoles aggravated your hip pain, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with us. This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand why you are upset.

Regarding the discomfort, our insoles are designed to provide firm arch support and proper foot alignment, which can sometimes feel unusual at first as your body adjusts to a new level of support. We generally recommend wearing them for just a few hours initially and gradually increasing wear time over the course of a few days. We also recommend removing the original insoles from your shoes before inserting XSTANCE insoles to ensure the best fit and avoid any unnecessary pressure on your feet. That said, we fully understand that every person's body is different, and we are genuinely sorry it did not work out for you the way we had hoped.

As for the billing concern, we want you to know that we take this very seriously. This is not something that typically happens and we will be thoroughly investigating what went wrong on our end. If there was an error on our side, we will absolutely make this right for you - you have our word on that.

If you have not yet received a response to your previous email, we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder as our replies can sometimes end up there. Please do not hesitate to reach back out directly and we will prioritize getting this fully resolved for you right away.
