Scammers who commit fraud. No TV and no refund. Ordered the TV on 9th July with an estimated delivery date of the 22nd July. Made payment and received an order acknowledgement stating 31st July. The TV never arrived. After chasing them I was advised the order was cancelled and they have issued a refund that would take 5 days to arrive. 14 days later no refund received and no answer to my emails. Order tracking details were also fake. Have reported them to Klarna who are offering A Wait And See Approach in an attempt to try and appease me which isn’t working.

I Was told I would have my delivery on the 13th June
Today is the 24th still not received machine and not replying to emails

Please do not buy from this company or dream team tools as they seem to be interlinked!

Placed an order with this supplier at the beginning of June for the delivery of washing machine. Their website states that delivery will take 3-5 working days which is fine. As soon as order was placed and paid for I’ve receive email stating that the item will be delivered within 18-21 days. Following conversations with sales team, the delivery date was moved to 20th June.

Since morning I’ve been trying to contact both the yogi bum and dreamteamtools for an update as I’ve not heard anything from courier and they were no updates when tracking my order.

They’ve ignored my emails yet were quick to respond when I’ve requested order cancellation due to non delivery.

I’ve reported this to Klarna and I hope than Klarna will ban them or something as they are scammers

Clothing is true to size, good quality and comfortable. I was also surprised as how fast my delivery come!
