It’s so easy to set up the curriculum
It’s so easy to set up the curriculum. I have two students and accidentally set the first one up under the wrong student but I was easily able to change it without trouble and it made me so much more likely to keep coming back. My students have liked the format and find it easy to use. One student it will be his first year but I anticipate it was go well for him.

Wonderful curriculum and company!
We are about to begin our third year using Thinkwell for our homeschool math curriculum (Geometry & Trig). Our previous curriculum was dry and often difficult to follow, with no customer support. Thinkwell has transformed our math lessons! My sons enjoy Professor Berger's humor and laid-back, yet thorough, method of explaining concepts in short, easy-to-digest lessons. Even more, Thinkwell's customer service is top-notch! They are quick, professional, and kind when answering any questions we have had. Above all, they are deeply committed to their community, as shown by their generosity towards those impacted by the Hill Country floods.

Algebra 2
Our daughter has just completed her first week with Thinkwell (Algebra 2). While we are still fairly new to the curriculum, we are off to a great start and are really enjoying this curriculum. The lessons are thorough, are presented with enthusiasm, and have several opportunities to make sure you’re grasping the concepts before you move on. We’re grateful to have found this online tool. If you’re on the fence about trying Thinkwell, I encourage you to go for it and give them a try. It’s evident they’ve put tremendous effort into making sure their students are set up for success.

Pre-Algebra
My son has really enjoyed his pre-algebra course. The material is accessible, explained in a very clear way, and there is plenty of practice. Where he was struggling before, he is excelling now. It is really helping to build his confidence and motivate him. Hoping to sign up for Science and Social Studies soon, too!

We Love Thinkwell
We Love Thinkwell. My son loves the straightforward, easy to understand and humorous videos. They offer a great placement test to see where your student should start regardless of grade. We've done Algebra 1 and we are onto Geometry.

Honors Geometry Made Simple
Honors Geometry is tough, but Thinkwell made it so simple. My 14 yo son had no issues and scored a 90% overall. He doesn't really love math, mostly because he has dysgraphia and writing is a struggle. This program worked so well for him and I didn't even need to help him (thankfully lol). So pleased with this year, that we've already purchased Honors Alg 2 next!

We're loving Thinkwell!
This math has been excellent for my 12-year-old son. The lectures are great, and the program is very hands-off for me as a mom, which is helpful since I have younger kids. He finished Honors Algebra 1 with a 98.3 and is starting Honors Geometry. I like that they offer add-on tutoring in 15-minute segments. We haven't needed it yet, but I anticipate needing it in the future, as he will pass me by.

As a parent of a 15-year-old using Thinkwell's Algebra 2 as a supplement to her classroom learning, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The video lessons by Professor Edward Burger are outstanding—he has a way of breaking down complex concepts that actually makes them enjoyable to learn. My daughter often finishes a lesson saying, “Oh, now I get it!” The clarity, humor, and step-by-step approach have really boosted her confidence in math. Thinkwell has been a fantastic support for us!

This course is terrible
This course is terrible. The example problems are not like the actual problems in the worksheets, and the professors are very annoying to watch. The answer keys only show the correct answers, not how to get there. Never buy this course.

Thinkwell Homeschool Math is THE BEST
Thinkwell Homeschool Math is THE BEST! I have used the Algebra curriculum independently for both of my kids. The curriculum is comprehensive, logical, well-organized, and designed to teach students how to become independent learners and thinkers.
Both my kids embraced this curriculum and learned to do math well. My older child re-entered traditional school after homeschooling 7th and 8th grades. They made the honor roll in 9th grade (during 2020). My younger child is a reluctant learner who has needed ADHD medication at school. When he began homeschooling mid-way through 9th grade, I sat with him and helped him adapt to using Thinkwell. Within a few weeks, his confidence soared. Importantly, my child is NO longer taking ADHD meds and can sit for hours learning at his own pace (which is pretty fast, I might add). He now needs my guidance less and less. He does his work each day without hesitation, and I ask, "how did the lesson go?" He's earning high scores and understands what he's learning, so he can be successful as the lessons become more complex. I have told my friends and neighbors about TW in case they want summer refreshers for their students. I even purchased a subscription for a young college student who needed to brush up on Algebra. I am so pleased with this platform and grateful to the creators! Thanks Thinkwell. I wish my boys' math class had been so well organized in 6th- 8th grades in the local private and public schools in our Upstate New York town.
