The Keycaps look very nice. I asked about some Keycaps for another Line at my Keyboard and got instant help, with a custom Configuration.
If I ever need new Keycaps I will buy them here

Their UI and keyboard creator is fantastic, allowing for maximal customisation and creativity on their website's very smooth online configurator. The quality of the keycaps is also very high. In terms of customer care, Emil's (ThockFactory founder) consideration, patience, and generosity when communicating with me from the beginning about my different orders was nothing short of stellar. Emil accommodated for my various customisation requests, informed me of my options at every step, and offered a full refund on one of my orders that had the quality control issue (due to uncontrollable natural differences in the manufacturing process between keycap batches). Genuinely the most impressive customer experience I have ever had when shopping online.

We receive very high-quality, carefully made keycaps, and they are delivered quickly — even though they are custom-made.
The craftsmanship is impressive, the finish is clean and precise, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The quality of the key caps is very good. Customer service (Emil) is excellent. Always responds to my emails very quickly. Delivery is the only issue really and that has nothing to do with the company. It will take a long time for the key caps to be delivered. After leaving China, it can take up to eight or nine days to be delivered. But as long as you know that, then it doesn't really matter. This is the second time I've used this company. I would be happy to recommend it.

Designing my custom keycaps was a breeze. When I ran into problems, I got superb support from the team on Reddit - they went above and beyond to help me out.

I was over the moon when the finished product arrived. The keys are flawless, very well made, very well printed, alignment and font exactly as specified. The packaging was great too! Would not hesitate to use Thockfactory again, and can very warmly recommend their services to others!

The delivery shipped with 2 separate packages due to ordering switches too which caused a bit of confusion as switches were shipped with one delivery service, the keycaps with another, but owner responded quickly via email and confirmed the shipping status. Both packages contained what I ordered and with no defects. Recommend.

This is easily the best site to design custom keycaps. You have the option to use any font, upload images, resize things and more. Your imagination is the limit. Not only that but the keyscaps are very good quality. They feel great, the print quality is great, and as the name of the company would suggest, they sound great. This is such an insanely good service I’m surprised the prices aren’t bank breaking. All around 11/10.

Das Erstellungstool ist dabei ein echtes Highlight: intuitiv, übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Egal ob ISO- oder ANSI-Layout, jede Länderspezifikation lässt sich problemlos auswählen, und eigene Designs oder Grafiken können mühelos integriert werden. So ist das Personalisieren perfekt ausgeprägt!

From the beginning to the receipt of my keycaps, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and hope others find the same enjoyment that I did!

First, the configurator is intuitive, simple, yet not limiting, you can do literally ANYTHING within your skillset and have it recreated. You're not limited to vector artwork, color choices, etc. Its a really cool process. I found it so relieving to only be limited by my imagination and competency in design.

from order submission to receipt took 20 days, well in line with my expectations, especially in this hobby where GB's dont deliver until months later. 20 days to design, manufacture, and ship to USA... not bad!

the only downside might be that I have more cool ideas I want to execute and not enough boards to mount them on!

I ordered custom keycaps and overall I’m really happy with the result.
The designer was very easy to use and I loved that it could also process image files, which made creating unique designs super straightforward.

The print quality is great. Even tiny details came out sharp and clear, and the colors look exactly like in the preview. The price is fair for the quality you get.

The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the final product was definitely worth the wait.
Would absolutely order again.
