Overall Thompson sells a good product
Overall Thompson sells a good product. I’ve been a member over 50 years but have seen a decline in quality with an increased pricing. One of my standbys are the Dominican Madura amigos. They have shown this decrease in quality with price increase. Recently the box has changed with a few millimeter shorter cover so now it caves in. Come on Thompson you can do better.

I ordered cigars under a 20% off…
I ordered cigars under a 20% off banner. I entered the appropriate code and the code was accepted. However the 20% discount was not applied. I called customer service and they said that the cigars i ordered were excluded in the print at the end of the cigar listing. Very shabby business. Thompson Cigars has lost a customer!

I had a concern of my whereabouts of my cigars and the person who was handling the call assured me that the order was fine and in route , I just thought the delivery was took to long from the time I ordered to the house . You may consider using a different carrier.

Don’t buy Special Offers.
I purchased a two fer special. I know these are not Cohibas, or even Baccarats, but what a substandard product. I’ve smoked two and thrown away seven. I’m dumping the rest. They run like a forest fire when and if they stay lit. Loyal customer gone.
