Easy to order. Was a bit worried when I realised they were coming from China but arrived when expected.
Well packaged and working but don’t give off the heat they said it would and not cheap to run at all!
Bought this through best deal of day via advertising on Y tube. Total scam. Do not get conned like I did- no way to contact them or return.
Lesson learned- never buy from advertising on You Tube or before reading reviews.

Thororocket stopped working after less than 1 hour operational. I suspect a blown 13A fuse BUT the UK unit comes with a moulded plug with no obvious way to.replace unless in main heater itself.
Emailed supplier twice over past 2 weeks ago first asking " where is fuse" then after no answer " want to return unit and get refund" but again no answer apart from auto acknowledgement of initial emails and reference numbers.

Great choice choosing this product.,I really love it, and it works well too.

Yes, item arrived in good condition. Tracking and items delivered in time. Product does good heating performance.

The item i ordered was delivered on time and in perfect working order...my house is now toasty thanks to my purchase ...so there's no complaints here.just thanks

All four items arrived safely and in good working order or so I thought? Until I’ve unpacked all four to find two out of four rockets have broken element guards at the rear? There’s a delay upon delivery due to these being shipped from outside the UK. The units are louder than expected, but not intrusively so. The remotes don’t come with batteries unfortunately, so you don’t get that immediate full functionality. You can always operate them manually though.

Item was very well packaged and protected. Checkout process was very easy. I was able to track my parcel and was kept updated from order to delivery. Extremely happy with my product.

My two heaters arrived on time, in fact, much quicker than I expected. After unpacking the goods were in tip top condition, and operating exactly as described. I would highly recommend these heaters, and am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

Nice space heater

The oscillation feature is fantastic! It turns off if it gets knocked over, which is great safety feature. The remote control feature is wonderful.
It is quiet enough to not disturb me while working. Overall, great value for your money.

Garbage product, absolute con, dangerous wiring. Product has not passed EU or UK approval. From China, not Latvia. Lies upon lies in the advert. Youtube and Google should be sued for taking money and allowing this dangerous junk to be sold from their paid links. If it sets itself on fire, hit Google and Youtube with your lawsuit.

a normal electric heater has a 100 percent efficiency. that means it turns all the electrical energy into heat energy. Any electric heater is 100 percent. You cant get more without breaking the laws of physics. All 5 star votes are from the people making it.

Another fake super product that is/was being advertised on YouTube with the usual marketing BS.
Glossy backstory that in no way matches the actual internals of this cheap product that is manufactured in and despatched from, yes, you guessed it, CHINA!
The marketing company is allegedly based in Latvia giving it slightly more credence, but once you get the tracking information, you know you’ve been fooled even before the product arrives.
It works no better than a standard heater and will consume power at the same rate as a typical heater. It does not, and cannot be any more economical because of pure physics. Additionally, the product we received had no European of British safety marks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

No problem whatsoever with the checkout process and delivery. This little heater warms up the room in a few minutes, and amazingly, the heat stays even after switching it off. It is also quieter than the other heaters I have.

Yet another website is pushing products with fake backstories on YouTube and social media to sell cheap products at inflated prices.

he latest one is the Thoro Rocket Heater, with its so-called “innovative reverse jet engine heating technology,” along with other ridiculous claims and a ludicrous backstory, priced at £57.98. In reality, it’s mass produced in China and not even CE or UKCA marked. That means it hasn’t passed the necessary safety tests to be legally sold in the UK, which could pose serious risk potentially even causing a fire in your home. Despite this, it’s widely available on sites such as:

• AliExpress – £28.09
• eBay – £32.30

And, surprise surprise, in both cases it’s delivered from China.

Don’t fall for these scams. Always double-check before you buy.

I've just seen the ad on YouTube, what and unbelievable pile of unscientific rubbish. There isn't any way a small heater like this can provide the heat promised at a low cost, high heat = high power = high cost to run. Unfortunately every year scammers bring out a swathe of fake heater adverts on social media as soon as it heads towards winter and unless they have found a way around the pesky laws of physics, none of them will deliver the heat promised for a low cost. It's an outright scam, avoid!
