BE EDUCATED ON SIZING PRIOR TO PURCHASE
They had no idea on sizing. I purchased a XL fusion fit on a Canada goose. I had to reach out to canada goose to get educated and shared with the seller he advised me incorrectly. He refused to take the item as a return and give me my money back. Don't trust them on sizing, one positive part is the jacket was super nice but is useless due to the size.

We are sorry to hear about this experience with us. We did infact direct you to our website where our return policy is easily accessible as you contacted us on facebook. We also cannot take returns on any overseas orders due to the import duties (this is in the return policy). We also did tell you the item would not fit XL true to size and that it would fit smaller than an XL due to it being a fusion fit.

We are sorry to hear about this experience. However this does sound like something that is out of our hands. We heavily inspect all items for flaws & advise all customers to thoroughly check a product on arrival to avoid any situations like this. Due to wearing the coat it would seem like its something you have encountered while wearing the coat.
