Three Counties fitted our windows and door six years ago. Since they have offered great customer service.

Most recently, we had an issue with a window latch. Amy helped improve our appointment date by over a week and expedited the delivery of the parts needed. When their engineer Paul came, he was early, efficient with his time and offered additional advice on the maintenance of our windows. I thoroughly appreciated their efforts and thoroughly recommend Three Counties.

This is a responsive service to emails, telephone calls - easily contactable , our double glazing window and front door installation occurred smoothly and quicker than was previously advised.
.we didn’t observe how our alarm system was dismantled for the door fit but will sort that out . Overall this is a very good service and would recommend to others, thanks

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from everyone at Three Counties and our new bi-fold doors look great! The finish was also incredibly good - there is no sign that they weren’t the original doors. Highly recommended and will definitely be a return customer if the need arises.

I asked for a quote from this company, someone came … measured everything… never heard from them again. Called to ask if quote was coming, spoke to a bored sounding female who told me reason I didn’t get the quote was due to the worker having been off, sick and then on annual leave … mind you this was a month later!!! She then said she would remind the worker to send me a quote and guess what… it’s been 2 months and still no quote. If this is how these people do business I feel I may have dodged a bullet because this might be how they also handle the installation… I am going to put a review on every platform that I can so people know my experience.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Had a quote with no pressure. I had my heart set on a door design they didn’t have in their brochure so they asked me to send them a picture and they were able to source this for me. They priced matched also as a quote I’d got elsewhere was slightly cheaper. They also allow you to pay by credit card which was important to me to pay some of the amount this way for peace of mind. The installer came on time a was polite and professional and installed my door to a high standard and took the time to show me how the locks worked Customer service is great and easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend.

The team who fitted them were polite, professional and explained everything clearly. Always left everything tidy and would definitely recommend them.

Really considerate workmen Mark and Kieran. They kept us fully advised on what was being done each day and what would happen later in the process. Job lasted 10 days. Always cleared up all mess during the day and before going home. Nice guys to have around your house. Quality of their work also excellent

We had Three Counties come round and quote us for some new doors and windows. It's has now been over three weeks and we still haven't had a quote. We have chased them a few times and we got told someone would call us back or email us back but no one has.

From our first contact, we knew this would be a great experience. The sales process was friendly and low key - absolutely no pressure. So far, so atypical.

We bought front and back replacement composite doors to start with. Ordered and expertly installed on schedule and without fuss.

We then committed to replacement FSG, and all the windows. A big job, quality materials, installed by two separate crews, all of whom were friendly and efficient.

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company. I had a new composite door fitted by the wonderfully polite Anthony. Professional, tidy, friendly and with a high quality of workmanship. Would recommend without hesitation and when I need new windows, they will be my first call.

Installer arrived on time and was competent and friendly. The job was completed satisfactorily and the job site left clean and tidy. We have used 3 Counties a few times now and always pleased with the process and end result.

Top job. Most impressive was the professional manor in which some snagging issues were resolved, very impressed with the speed of the resolutions as well. Quality of window and door installation top notch.

Communication was spot on throughout and very competitive pricing. Workman were kind and friendly and even let my 4 year old help them out making him feel very important indeed!
