Stay away from this site. Very shady, will not let you collect winnings. Constantly asks to reverify, and when you submit emails they do not get sent. You WILL lose your money.

I signed up, got verified and made my first deposit just to turn around and locked out due to location restrictions. Email address came back undeliverable. I just want my money back

Been having support issues they won’t email me back after multiple emails, but other than this one withdrawal issue everything has been fine.

I’ve gotten responses from the customer service although it is a long process to even hear back from them I am upset and displeased with the service because I have redeemed from this site a total of three times with no problems as soon as I get over $100 and I want to redeem it. They put me through a secondary verification process for redemption says that it’ll take any between 24 to 48 hours for what reason I do not know my account is fully verified and I went through the right channels and use the right information as well ID selfie and although I’m fully verified, they want to do another process even though I redeemed from here before I feel like they’re holding my winnings for me and it’s not fair or right if I do not get my money from them, I will not be using their service again, and I will run through every review process just to make sure that people know what these people are doing. I will update my review when I get my money, I hope they’re not a scam artist.

These people will scam you. Their slots are super tight and even if you win on their sports book they won't pay out!

Deposits are charged 4.5% on top of what you actually get. Sports odds are lower than any real betting lines. Withdrawals are restricted to 1 a day. Account Withdrawals are constantly "restricted for security checks".

I do NOT recommend Thrillzz, unless you like it when customer service refuses to respond, or you like NEVER winning, or you like it when the company is so cheap/greedy they refuse to offer any decent BONUSES. I wish I had actually read all the negative reviews before making purchases.

So this platform has a lot of potential. I did have them at 5 stars. However I'm guessing you can only make 1 redemption per 24 hours which is a set up. They updated their redemption so you only need 50 to redeem. What's the point if you can't even pull it? This is definitely a big enough problem to pull 3 stars. Unless this is ever changed I will never give any more stars.

I was cheated by Thrillz.com multiple times today.

I originally left a review on the 20th saying the platform seemed better than the negative reviews suggested, aside from the usual “verify your ID after a payout” cooldown. I tried to be fair. After today’s experience, I can’t say that anymore.

I lost $40 on a confirmed $2.00 spin that only counted as $0.20 because “the next one in line would have been.” On top of that, I watched wins fail to register six different times and took screenshots of each one. I understand this is a business and the house always has the advantage, but there is no excuse to cheat players on top of that.

I’ve updated my original review and will no longer be using this platform. You can keep the remaining $2.00 in my account—clearly you need it more than I do.

If social casinos were regulated like real online casinos, this platform wouldn’t last a day.

I do not like like the betting option for alt line spreads it only lets you go about 2 pts above or below the projected spread also for player props you can't change anything that's already set

As soon as I won, I went to redeem even though it said I was initially verified, it told me again to verify with my ID. I have NEVER had a problem verifying, as soon as I want to redeem on this site, for some reason it kept telling me it was having trouble with my ID, then when it finally worked, it just gave me a page with a green circle and check mark, it didn't move further. Then contacting support was like a robot I swear! We kept emailing back and forth and they kept saying the same thing. Now all of a sudden they don't want to respond at all. Seriously the first issue with an online casino, there are other good ones.

You do not actually get any wins when playing this casino. I have a couple screen recordings to show even when a slot says you won an amount whenever you hit the spin button again it does not credit that amount and just lowers your earnings even further. Do not trust the site at all.

Incredible! They have rapid payouts which I greatly appreciate. Customer support is quick to assist whenever needed. Bets are settled quickly as well.

Update 4: they finally paid me now I try to redeem it was supposed to be instant I cashed out a year or two ago and it was instantly to my debit card. It's not instant no more I went to my Skrill Card. I'm going to try to cancel it and go to my debit card I'll let y'all know Update 3 it's over: now they're sending me emails back saying the game is postponed rain and they're not even talking about the same game. I show them the proof that it was a game the day before and now they won't even respond like it's a laughable joke and then the game that they did show me it's over also what a joke. Don't put your money here or you're a person that likes to get screwed over.
Update2 it's a working progress: I won a parlay of 5. It was a .20 cents bet and I won $58. The games ended over 24 hours ago and it is saying it is still going and I have not been paid out yet. I talked to customer support and that's only an email then wait and then message back saying passing it to the correct group to fix something that is obvious because I set screenshot and they should be able to access my account. So now I'm waiting on another person to look at the obvious and hopefully pay me. But we will see. I will update after I get paid. If I don't then I'll give them a 1 star. Things just keep happening like this. Could be a great site, but, NOPE. Update: they verified my cards instantly
The cards I purchased with, had to be verified also. If that's the case then give thrillz a try. They have good games and sports betting.
Update: do not ever play for them! I don't care if you verified 20 times they're going to want you to verify again. And people say well if you took 20 times why'd you keep adding money, it's because I won off of my daily Dollar after I have added $1000s. So yeah I rate the redemption.

Yeah I don't want to play for them I'm not giving them no money because they don't pay you. This is why I will only play on casinos I know I can cash out instantly with no problems. I have verified my account two times already every time I win and go to cash out they want me to verify again. This is bull crap. It seems like they would run their business right and make money. And there is no live agent. So you got to email them wait 24 hours to get a response. Then no telling how long it takes after that. So last night, I hit $500 jackpot, and I've already been verified my identification had been verified. I did a second time and they asked me to resubmit and I did no problem with the selfie (they had to do some things before we let you redeem). And after doing that, I could continue to redeem and it said they would let me know in 48hrs I was like what the f$#%, that is crazy that they would make you wait an extra 48 hrs on top of whatever time they're going to make you wait to receive your redemption! I'm a depositing player and it's first time I was able to redeem, I was pretty excited and they completely just shut that down i am disappointed very disappointed worst thing for a player who wins and thinks they are gonna have a blessing to share with their family ..my player # is 154170 and username is thirteenxiii in case someone thinks im just a hater check my only big win for 520 lol that they are straining me up on

A great platform for sports betting and also has a casino on the side which makes it fun. Also has a high rate of winning as far as I can tell, I really like this site/app!

Where do I begin? I'm not even quite sure how I ended up coming across this app, but I couldn't be more thankful that I did. I have had some really good luck here. Really bad too, but hey, it is after all, a gamble. ;) But here's what I truly admire .. It literally took them no time to verify my identity and the redemption time was quite literally almost instant into my Skrill account. Another thing, my account did get blocked, but by just agreeing to the terms and not reading them, I didn't understand why. What does their customer service department do? They actually took the time to explain where I had violated the terms that I agreed to, and were gracious enough to allow me a second chance. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, whatever other catch phrases would label them as top choice!!!
