Terrible experience. Easy to subscribe and so they can take your bank details, but it took WEEKS for the package to be dispatched. I didn't actually like the product and it took me 2 weeks of constant emailing them as cancelling subscribtion was pretty much impossible via your account! They kept dismissing my request to cancel and kept deleting my comments on Instagram. They delete anything that is even remotely negative from social media. Stay away as it's SCAM.

Terrible product, DON’T waste your money!
Aggressive marketing techniques on Facebook and Instagram, they use fake reviews on social media and ‘block’ anyone posting genuine negative comments.
It’s almost impossible to cancel the subscription once you’ve received the free trial.
You don’t need to buy this rubbish, it’s full of pointless chemicals.

What isn't to love?

I initially had a trial box subscription and decided that I would cancel as I just wanted to try them. They were quick in letting me cancel and emailed to verify that it had been successfully cancelled. However, I decided later on that the product was just too good and have gone crawling back!!! I've noticed a huge difference with hydration which is something I've struggled with on Mounjaro so was excited to have something that allowed me to boost my hydration levels! Would certainly recommend

It has been the worst experience ever.

I cancelled my subscription but they still sent me the box and charged me. I emailed their customer service and they have not helped me. My order got stuck with royal mail and now it is being delivered back to them. They took my money and my order, I have nothing with me and even now the customer service is deplorable. the electrolytes taste like shit and tbh not even very effective. I am an athlete and I train 6 days a week and I have had better electrolytes. Vidrate is way way way better in quality and flavor. I want my money back.

Ordered trial pack and didnt like the product cancelled on line this was in january and they still tried to take money today i have just seen that they are sending more out and has taken money 24.99 from my account i have tried to contact them but they wont answer

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
I’d paid for the £5 trial. The product is ok. Nothing amazing. But at least it arrived.
It certainly is NOT worth £24.99 for its subscription service.
I had no means of cancelling my subscription until my account had been set up.
30 days later my account is setup at 1am and the subscription fee is taken at the same time.
I had no means of cancelling with 48 hours notice as per the T&C’s.
The company is in breach of their own T&C’s and will not issue a refund!
I intend on instructing my bank to attempt to recover the subscription fee cost.
Overall just look for electrolytes else where without a subscription fee.

I cancelled my subscription multiple times through their website, each time receiving on-screen confirmation that it had been successfully cancelled. However, no confirmation emails were ever sent, and the company continued to take payments and send products regardless.

I raised this with customer service and was told that cancellations can only be done via their website—which is exactly what I did. They are now refusing to acknowledge their system failure and are effectively accusing me of not cancelling, despite my screenshots proving otherwise.

This is extremely concerning, especially given that other reviewers report similar issues with cancellations and ongoing charges.

I am now pursuing a refund through my bank.

Be very careful—this feels like a subscription system that does not reliably process cancellations.

They are scammers because when I signed up, they charged me £4.99. They later informed me that the subscription fee would be £19.99. However, yesterday, my subscription expired, and they charged me £24.99 again. I attempted to email them to cancel my subscription or seek any assistance they could provide. I mentioned that they charged me £24.99 this time because they had previously stated that the trial fee was £19.99. So, how could they charge me instead of explaining the discrepancy? They didn’t even bother to listen to my concerns or provide an explanation for why they charged me £24.99 instead of £19.99. This is clearly a scam.

Impossible to cancel - do not sign up for free trail as it’s impossible to cancel after. Replied to one of the emails that clearly states ‘reply’ and it bounced straight back. Will not recommend to friends and family

Drink works, everything else doesn't;
Berry flavour was tasty, noticed a difference using it, but that's all the good:
Drink separates in seconds, requires thorough shaking before each sip - and they supply a screw-top bottle, so with the constant screwing-shaking-unscrewing you end up wearing the drink by the time it's done (yes the shaking is done with the lid on :P)

Bottle goes moldy rapidly, having to deep clean this thing so often I'm sick of it.

Cancelled subscription for above reasons. Did so via their website, was simple - but a few days later the Shop app tells me another is on the way. I've not been charged so no idea what's going on there.

They send a "sorry to see you go" email which contains the following:

"We just wanted to check in. If something wasn't right, the flavour, the timing, the price, we'd genuinely love to know. Just hit reply and tell us. We read every one."

I hit reply, to double check I wasn't going to be charged as the Shop just told me another order was on the way. An hour later I get an "undeliverable" bounceback.

Really good electrolytes. Delivery was prompt, customer are service nice. What are you waiting for?

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE — THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM

I signed up for their introductory offer, thinking it was a good deal. After a couple of months, I decided to cancel - and that’s when the nightmare began.

I contacted them directly and was told I had to cancel the subscription myself. Fine - except when I logged into their website, there was no visible subscription to cancel. Nothing.

I’ve since emailed them multiple times (at least 2–3 attempts), and they’ve completely ignored me. No response, no support, no accountability.

In the end, I had to go through my bank to stop the payments because this company clearly has no intention of being honest or transparent with its customers.

Avoid at all costs. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate deception - either way, it’s unacceptable.

Been taking Thrsty for a month now - had the berry flavour which is delicious - not too sweet
Had to contact customer service about an issue with my subscription and they were extremely helpful - their replies were prompt and efficient

The taste is awful, it has such a sweet taste that more than one sip was not possible. Its the worst tasting electrolyte drink I've ever had.

Started my thirsty drinks a a week ago and can honestly say it's lifted my energy levels in the afternoon greatly , always suffer a lethargic slump after lunch but I've really noticed that it's lifted , I absolutely love the wild berry sachets , honestly it's delicious, I have one first thing in the morning and I take one to work as I work afternoons . Amazing the difference

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Aswell as luring you into a subscription that you did not sign up to at the point of purchasing your first pack they make it impossible to cancel your subscription.

Have tried 3 times to cancel, my customer portal shows no subscriptions and nothing back from customer service. I have just been charged yet again......

Terrible customer service

Tried to cancel two months in a row, has multiple email interactions last month explaining I it would not allow me to cancel via the customer log in and they still refused to stop the subscription. I went on to cancel via bank DD and asked them to manually cancel via email only to be charged again this month and again have no to go back and forth and refusal to give me my money back or accept any form of complaint or escalation

I enjoy the taste and the customer service is good . The delivery is a bit slow but over all a great product .

Impossible to cancel. Still keep taking money!
