Very bad experience with this company. The purchased service did not work. Support did not respond and failed to resolve the issue. We lost a significant amount of money with no result. We definitely do not recommend this company.

Horrible service. I bought views, follower for influencers (very expensive) likes and comments. I paid so much money, I never get one followers, no views or like. I only got some random comments, not the expensive one’s that I paid for and not the same amount.
I have contacted the customer service, they replied that they were on the way, of course it was a lie.
If don’t want loose money stay away from this website. They also have a fake Trustpilot picture, no link, that says they have only happy customers, I can see here on Trustpilot, they have only unhappy customers. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

SCAM I wanted to see if it worked paid didn't receive one follower .

Very bad and suspect scam. They took my money and nothing happened - wrote them twice and still no reply.

Never received a confirmation of my order for followers and never received my order. Worst experience ever.

I paid for 1000 facebook followers, i didn't receive any cofirmation email, no followers after 3 hours and 3 emails sent to support, do not waste your money on them

I didn’t recieve the followers,it’s a clear scam.I paid for it and didn’t receive a single follower,don’t buy from this website.It’s a scam

I paid their service and didn’t receive anything. On their website in FAQ, it’s said, “write directly to support unless you receive your purchase, because we start to deliver immediately”.
I wrote and no trace of existence, nobody wrote me back, no confirmation email that they receive my query, nothing. It’s a scam.

I am writing this review to report a very negative experience with thunderclap.com

I placed an order for on October 2nd. As of today, October 23rd, my order has not been delivered, (order was 10 days delivery)That is a wait of 21 days with no result.

There has been no proactive communication from the company to explain the delay. My attempts to contact their customer service have been met with unhelpful replies.

Paying for a service and receiving nothing in return feels like a scam. I regret my purchase and strongly advise others to avoid this company to save their time, money, and frustration.

I bought 500 instagram followers. 8 hours later around 350 followers came in. The next couple of days ive lost 80 of them and slowly losing more.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not use this company. Be warned and believe all the other reviews on here, I purchased before seeing the reviews and got scammed. Then I cane here and see everyone having the same the problem
Stay away from this scam company

I paid money, waited 12 hours and followers appeared.

Less than 12 hours later all followers vanished and they ignored my emails for clarity and a refund.

I initiated a chargeback.

Total scam!! Do not put any money at all.
Does not deliver anything

The company is an absolute scam, took my money, They never sent a receipt and every time I sent an email, they said my email does not exist.
Don’t do it.

Its a Scam ! I purchased followers, but they quickly dropped and the company refuses to issue a refund despite their own guarantee. I bought 1,000 followers and within just 2–3 days almost all had dropped, leaving me with only about 100. Refills are useless since their followers disappear immediately — the service does not deliver what it promises.

This is total SCAM, your money will vanish in thin air. You will get NOTHING.
NOTHING is all you get.
There is no support, no dashboard.
You'd be lucky if you could claim dispute with your bank.

Got 6100 followers delivered to me (paid for 10,000). A day later, my account got suspended.
Not sure what to make of it. Disheartening experience.

PS: They don't give an order confirmation email or any updates, no replies either. So your first few hours after payment, you may feel like you've gotten scammed.. but the delivery comes later.

The first clue you will get that you are wasting your money comes right off the bat, you dont even get an order confirmation or receipt or anything at all confirming your purchase. I bought the growth plan that advertises 1000 to 2000 'real followers', 1500 likes and 3000 views. Clearly they werent real. I ended up getting 0 followers. Followers were added daily but because they are fake bots they are removed within hours and your numbers drop. I sent emails asking for updates because the growth plan says "dedicated email support" and got no response at all. Just like the actual real reviews say, this company takes your money and ignores you when you ask why they cant deliver on the service. The other 5 star reviews are certainly as fake as their services. I tried their competitors and their competitors are responsive and follow through with everything they offer. You will be wasting your money if you purchase anything through thunderclap. Try a different service because I've had 2 of their competitors and they were both far better and actually delivered on what they promise. Buyer beware here.

Thunderclap.com took my money via 3 credit card transactions. Not 1 follower delivered. I have sent over 20 emails. It is a criminal, fraud, scam. I have filed a complaint with my bank seeking a chargeback.
