Overall I am pleased with my purchase
Overall I am pleased with my purchase. The delivery was on time and the product I chose, sugar beet loo paper, was very soft and lasted well.
I like that there is no plastic and the rolls are individually wrapped in paper.
I hope that I am saving trees!

I love the sugarcane toilet roll. It's soft, good value for money and good for the environment. What's not to love! ?

No delivery date given, DPD just turned up!
You did not advise me of who the carrier would be.
The carrier was DPD. They did not email me about the delivery day and time. DPD delivered a badly damaged carton and only by chance was there somebody home to accept. Some of the toilet rolls were squashed but not too badly.
I suggest you change your carrier but also as you didn’t email me about the carrier, I shall consider another supplier in future.

Hi Clive, you do get an email and text notifying you of the delivery and that it comes from DPD. This is an automatic function that DPD use and generally it works extremely well. I am very sorry that the carton was damaged but glad that the rolls were not really affected, I would like to offer a discount on your next order to compensate this experience and will email you soon.
Soft tissue paper and good for the environment
I stumbled across this brand whilst searching the internet trying to find a best price for another brand I have been using for the last 2 years. Prices have soared and Tiboo not only came on £10 cheaper, great discount on top of that also. This was not the only selling point. I have a sceptic tank so need to be super aware of what is going in there. Not only is Tiboo softer, cheaper, it’s also so much better for the environment. Moving away from loo rolls made from bamboo to sugarcane has been a game changer. Fast delivery also. Looking forward to a long relationship with Tiboo.

The delivery was fine and the tissues…
OThe delivery was fine and the tissues are great, as are the kitchen towels. However I was disappointed that the tissues have a piece of plastic where you pull them out. I generslly shop for tissues without this plastic, I have removed it and they come out of the box well. Tiboo please take note.

Super foamy Handwash
No more one use plastic soap dispensers for us. Since switching to Tiboo’s refillable bottles we haven’t looked back. Fresh and warming scents available, smell amazing too.

Love the cloths but not the loo rolls
Love the bamboo cloths but not a fan of the toilet rolls. They're a bit rough, it seems a waste of paper for them to be individually wrapped (and not very eco friendly) and they're smaller than the usual double rolls we buy so actually not better value for money. Worth a try but won't be buying again.
