The retainer cleaner arrived but didn’t work, even after charging it and consulting with Tidal Clean the unit hasn’t worked. The company expects broken units to be posted at my cost to England, even when I live in Australia. I have offered to send them a video to prove it doesn’t work and then recycle the unit. Their policy is not considerate of the environment and a waste of customer money. I am waiting nearly a week for a reply to my email. Very poor customer service. The unit is flimsy plastic and the on/off button is very poor construction quality.

Sold as an ultrasonic cleaner with UV. When it arrived, charged it up and tried to use it. Turns out it is just a vibration cleaner with no UV.
Contacted customer services who initially responded very quickly but are refusing to refund despite having a 14 day money back guarantee.
I’ve since emailed 3 or four more times with no response. I’m going to be reporting to trading standards and my bank. Spent nearly £70 or so and a complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Clearly fraudulent. My parcel apparently arrived with Evri and was lost in the warehouse. I contacted customer service who said the supplier would send out a new one, which was over a month ago. Continue to promise tracking information and nothing has been sent.

Very disappointed with this product. It simply doesn’t work. I cleaned the braces exactly as instructed, but they look exactly the same as before.

I also contacted customer service for help but received no response. Waste of money and very poor customer support. I would not recommend this product.

Having ordered the item I then did not receive! Got in touch to let them know then received the item which was faulty! We y back to complain and was told another would be sent. Never received and you cannot GET a REFUND. DO NOT BUY

The product is not engineered for retainers in your bathroom. The unit vibrates so excessively that it will walk itself off of your counter. The noise is very loud, the lid is near impossible to get off each time.
When I voiced my concerns, they said just send it back. Well the units (2 for $48 USD) would have cost $110 to send back to another country. I just threw them in the trash.

Unfortunately it doesnt seem possible to give no stars or even minus stars. What UTTER rubbish. It couldn't even clean a slightly dirty ring. Dentures came out as they went in even after 10 minutes. Money down the drain.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Giving 1 star cos I can’t give none. Ordered the machine to clean a mouth guard, Relay the couriers were meant to deliver it to the office address only open 9-5, they came twice at 8pm, then returned the item to TidalClean.
TidalClean said I had to wait til they got it before I got my money back, that was 6 weeks ago I’m still waiting. I’ve sent numerous emails and it’s always Robbie from customer services who replies when he thinks he will, that’s if Robbie is his name. I haven’t had a refund, Robbie emailed me finally on Monday 1st June and he told me the courier is re-delivering it, what courier keeps an item for 6 weeks then decides to take it upon themselves to redeliver it, no way, this company is a scam. I’ve been given no reference number for the delivery. I’d like everyone if they will to repost this on every single platform going to stop anybody else losing their money. I even told Robbie if Relay still have it get them to cough up the money for it and pay me back, either Relay the couriers have taken it or this company has lost it.
Robbie said until they get the item back, I can’t have a refund yet they know I never received it in the first place and Relay were returning it to TidalClean, UTTER SCAM. I wonder how many other people they’ve taken money from who haven’t received the goods.
I wish I knew who to contact by phone at this company I tried looking them up at companies house but couldn’t find them. They need to be named and shamed.

Bought ultrasound unit to clean braces. It arrived faulty no instructions. Contacted them was told to unplug and try again. The on/off button does not work. I sent video. I asked for another video. After I explained I would like a replacement. Again no refund unless you return it, postage will not be paid. This is not company you want to buy from.
They can not be trusted

My experience with TidalClean has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first product I received was faulty, and although they replaced it, the replacement item was also faulty. After all of this inconvenience, I asked on 31st December whether my return postage would be refunded. On 3rd January, their own customer support team confirmed in writing: “We usually don't cover return postage costs but on this occasion we can.”

Despite this clear written commitment, TidalClean later refused to honour it and declined to refund the £6.59 they had already agreed to. Being let down once is frustrating being let down repeatedly, and then having a written promise ignored, is unacceptable.

What also concerns me is the inconsistency between the reviews shown on their website and the reality on Trustpilot. Their website claims 98+ reviews at 4.7/5, yet on Trustpilot there is only one review at 1 star. This raises serious questions about the transparency and reliability of the reviews they promote.

Two faulty products, poor customer service, and a refusal to honour their own written agreement I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

False Advertising. The product received was completely different to that advertised. Delivery took much longer than advertised (it took almost 2 weeks). Company was contacted regarding the product being different to what is being described and shown. There was no explanation or accountability. I was refunded minus return postage. I would avoid at all costs. After the refund, no contact from the company and poor customer service.
