I bought 5 boxes of handkerchief from this company , the website writes the size is 40 cm x 40 cm, but the truth is that only one box handkerchief is this size, rest are all from 36cm to 38.5cm, it is huge different. Apart from the size, the quality is extremely poor, thread is everywhere on each handkerchief edge, the fabric is so thin, it is such rubbish product. You will regret if you buy them.

I needed a tie to compliment my suit for a wedding and found that they have great collections to peruse through.

Went for a multi coloured posh and dandy, received promptly and impressed with the quality.

I ordered a tie which turned out to be a completely different colour than on the picture. However, the issue is that I sent the tie back but the company has not given me my refund of over £30 and they ignore my emails. So they are basically stealing customers money!!!

If ordered a tie 11 days ago, Confirmation email said it will be delivered within 4 working days. Still hasn't arrived, contact email comes bouncing back and phone is not being picked up. Even on social media channels there is no reply. I will need to try to get my money back. Poor experience really.

Impeccable customer service; I ordered my tie, it was dispatched, but RM was taking their time to deliver. They sent another one to me and it arrived the next day.

I returned the second tie back to them, but good to see that this place is more than just about selling ties - they focus on their customer service too.

My dad passed away in March and I ordered a tie for him to wear form Ties Online - I was really worried about it arriving on time as his funeral was being pushed forward due to Covid 19 and also so many retailers were having delays with stock and deliveries. So, I emailed Ties Online to ask if they could guarantee the delivery would be on time...
They were so incredibly kind and helpful - I had accidentally ordered a handkerchief rather than a tie but they insisted that I did not need to pay the difference (around £40) and had it immediately packed and posted it for me. Kiri made contact with me via a personal email account because he wanted to reassure me and to make sure I got the message, rather than it ending up in my Junk Email. It was such a huge act of kindness that made such a difference to all of our family at an incredibly hard time - my dad got to be buried in the tie he had wanted.
Thank you so, so much. Whenever we need to buy a tie, we will certainly come to Ties Online.

Delivered the wrong tie but sent another quickly and without hassle. Good response and quick to correct their error.

An easy purchase. Good quality product exactly as described, Excellent service, ordered early evening, the tie was delivered first thing the next day.
