Wir haben ein Trikot mit Beflockung bestellt. Die Bestellung kam sehr schnell an. Leider war das Trikot nicht richtig beflockt und es löste sich ein Teil von der Beflockung. Das Trikot wurde reklamiert und zu Beguachtung an Sport Tiger geschickt. Einige Tage später kam das Trikot zurück und wurde sehr unschön ausgebessert. Habe dies direkt reklamiert da ich leider nichts für die schlechte Beflockung kann. Da wir eine Menge Fußball Trikots und beflockte Shirts haben, ist uns bewusst wie man diese richtig zu waschen und zu Pflegen hat. Leider wurde bisher nicht auf meine erneute Beschwerde reagiert ! Sehr traurig. Zumal laut Bilder zu sehen ist das eindeutig nicht sauber beflockt wurde ! Ich bestelle jedenfalls nichts mehr in diesem laden zumal das Trikot 100 Euro gekostet hat und 1 mal gewaschen wurde !

If you are looking for the "genuine" items shown on their website, beware.
I ordered 2 football shirts based on the picture on the website, which shows the original, I received 2 poorly constructed and very obvious fakes.

After contacting them and sending proof of the counterfeits I was called a liar, they had arrived several days before but I was not aware at the time of contact.

Tiger Jersey refused to refund the money I had spent and I was forced to claim through my bank.

It had taken in excess of 3 weeks for delivery and 3 months to get my money back.

Do not order based on the genuine pictures on their website.
The reality is you will receive poorly ccnstructed items which Tiger Jerseys then refuse to refund for.

I am also reporting to Trading Standards.

So I ordered some apparel and one of my favorite is the Clemson sports frondly linen dress it's perfectly fit to me! Plus I ordered them on their sale price!

I have always enjoyed my Clemson gear from TSS but had to give kudos to them for something that happened on 11/28/20. Took my family to the Pitt FB game and bought them some gear. Got home and couldn't find a Cutter &Buck polo! Called the store and left a message! They called back and were going to pull another shirt for me. Between my call and their's we found it. Just wanted to publicly thank them for great service, great product, and friendly atmosphere! Go Tigers!

Unfortunately this Covid mask is not fitted so it gapes open on the sides, bottom and around the nose. Won’t ever wear it

I was wanting to surprise my daughter with a gift and was in Central America at the time. The Managers at the Hwy store the downtown store and an employee were incredible. Outstanding service, efficiency and kindness. Because of that even though I was far away and could not purchase through the website, I was able to give my daughter her surprise on time. They went out of there way to help me and I will not forget that.
