No one answered my emails or the phone number they have took 30 days to get my drone and it is the wrong one they sent a toy that resembles what I bought it is not the one they advertised and sell this is like bait and switch plus you have to pay for shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee if you send it back for a refund

I would give it a zero. It's all a scam. Please erase the company The Tik Gift Shop from your mental vocabulary. They don't get what you want. I don't know how they are operating a business like this.

This company appears to be misleading. In their videos, the presenter refers to TikTok Shop, but clicking the link redirects you to the TikGiftShop website. When you call, they guide you back to the website, and if you email them, you receive an automated response from AVA stating they will respond within 24 to 72 hours. Their voicemail indicates a response time of 24 to 48 hours.

I ordered a lanus drone from tik gift shop for 89 dollars it came in about three weeks and it was absolutely nothing like the one advertised .It is a cheap 20 dollar toy .i should have known it was a scam, all the features advertised for just 89 dollars lol.

I ordered a drone from the tikgiftshop, and what they sent me was nothing like what was advertised. First it took forever to get to me (almost 2 months). When I opened it there was a cheap flimsy $12.00 drone which I paid $145.00 for. Nothing like the one advertised. It said 45 minute flight time which I should have been skeptical right there. It was supposed to come with extra batteries. It didn't, there was nothing extra. All it had were extra propellers and a screwdriver. It was supposed to have 4K video which I think was more like 480p video. On the front of it which were supposed to be cameras were nothing but strobing lights. In the aftermath there were a lot of claims that that they made that were pretty astronomical and I should have been more skeptical but I wasn't. There was a camera on it but it was substandard. I think the only thing that saved me was the fact that I purchased it through PayPal and when I contacted the company I said to them you can give me my money back and make this easy or I can go to PayPal and file a claim which would be a much more lengthy process but in the end I would get my money back for sure. Surprisingly the next day I got my money back, all of it. But they did it first try to wiggle their way out of it by saying that the drone that I saw in the picture was exactly like the one I got and I said no it wasn't. They offered me $50 back at first. But in the end they gave me all my money back and they let me keep the crappy drone, which to me that spells scam right there. Scammers don't want their crappy products back cuz they know they'll have a warehouse full of worthless merchandise that nobody wants. Not even them. So my advice would be to anybody to stay away from the tik gift shop. I still see their adds on YouTube, I can't believe they are able to put up adds there. More drone adds with even more elaborate ones than before, I can only imagine what you really get if it ever arrives . And they are still showing themselves with having a five star rating on Trustpilot. And seeing that fake 5 star Trustpoilot badge people let their guard down, I know I did, not knowing that it was really a scammer organization faking their Trustpilot status

I ordered a Lanus 4K drone from the tikgift shop and what they shipped me was a K6 Max drone that is far less quality than the one I ordered. My order form clearly stated that I had ordered a Lanus 4K drone. I was put in touch with a woman from their supposed customer service. She asked me to send them a video which I did, and I still have that and all the emails. I clearly showed and stated that it was not what I had ordered and paid for. I got an email back from her that stated, and I quote "We’d like to clarify that the drone shown in our ads is a reference image of a higher-end model (valued at $900, which is currently sold out). The drone offered at this price point includes more basic features. We also made sure to indicate on the product page that it does not include a screen on the controller and specified the actual size of the drone. We're truly sorry if that wasn’t entirely clear." The reason for the screen on the controller comment was because I stated in my email to her that the controller showed having a screen on the controller itself, and I may have been mistaken about that because it may have been a phone attached but it looks like a built in screen, and the product page did not state that it did not include a screen on the controller. The dimensions on the page don't matter because it's not the same drone. If you go to their website right now and put in the search bar Lanus 4K drone 2025, it will still pop up with a price of $89.90. I selected the 45 minute flight time for $109.90. I answered the email and stated that I just wanted what I paid for and what they offered me was a $25.00 refund. I was not going to accept the offer considering the price I had paid for the Lanus 4K drone. I refused the refund and they offered a $54.00 refund which I took only because I was tired of dealing with the lies that customer service was sending, and I knew I would never get what I paid for. This company is NOT a company you want to do business with. This drug on for weeks before I settled for the refund, and then she wrote me another email asking if I would give them a review on how they handled my refund. I answered back and stated that I would give a review once the refund deposit was put in my account. Well, here is your review TikGift Shop. This is not an honest company and from the sounds of the other reviews here, I am not the only one that has been taken by them. It seems to be the drone purchases are the ones that are getting scammed, unless there are people that purchase other products and are not writing reviews here. If the drone I ordered for the advertised price point was actually for a higher priced drone as she stated, then why was it still showing on my order form, with a picture of the Lanus 4K drone stating that my order was being processed and then shipped, and why is it still showing on their web page for the exact same drone at the exact same price point today? My advice as a former customer to TikGiftShop, is to save your money and buy elsewhere. I don't know how their other sales are, or if they are legitimate. I can only go by my experience with them, and it was not good. I still ended up losing money on the order, and never got what I paid for. Everyone has to make their own decision but as for me, I know I will never do business again with the TIKGIFTSHOP.

I ordered a drone for my grand son and never received it>I have called the servicewomen only to get sent to a email address to a lady named Ava who refuses to send me back my full refund.I explained to these people that I am retired vet 67 yrs old on a fixed income I cant afford to give away free money now because of this situation i cant buy any food until the end of July,there should be a law on ripping off seniors .These people and this company is not trust worthy and I need my money !0311 US Marine David Johnson what can i do ??please help email me at

I ordered a drone paid by credit card. That coast me 279.09 dollars. The order date was June 19th. Anyway it has not arrived I have sent E-mail many times. The person Ava assures me it will arrive. You can't contect by phone.So I don't recommend any to do business with this company or trust them in Anyway they take your money lie to you and your just left out in the cold 🥶 the date now is July 15th 2026

They took my money, but a month later I still have not gotten what I ordered. Now they will not respond to my emails. Well a package did finally arrive from Tikgiftshop, but instead of sending me the $100.00 + item that I ordered they sent me a much cheaper version of what I ordered. My guess is that it is worth mabey $20.00? I guess they thought that I was too stupid to know the difference? They were wrong! Well a week later and still nothing is resolved. This is by far the worst experience I have had online shopping! Tikgiftshop will no longer respond to my emails, or correct their mistake. They should be banned from the internet! They do not honor their products or their customers!
