Out of Stock after paying
After placing order and paying, I was informed that the items were out of stock and that new stock was delayed. The items were needed urgently but no restock date could be supplied and to get a refund to purchase elsewhere would take 3-5days so I have no option but to wait and hope that they arrived i time.

Turned out well in the end!
Unfortunately I was not sent the toilet rolls I ordered! but I found the 2 girls I dealt with about this were more than helpful - it turned out that the buying department couldn't get the ones I ordered but didn't let the online staff know! Anyways I decided to keep them and was given a 30.00 refund - and even though the toilet rolls are not the ones I originally wanted these ones are fine but hopefully next time you will have my original ones in stock and if not the online ordering system will have been updated!
