Ordered sample and after 7 days still waiting for it to arrive.

The tiles I ordered were many different one that look great all mixed together randomly or as I did positioned to make beautiful designs from a centre point outwards. Lovely front porch tiles makes a perfect entrance to our lovely house!

I purchased a pair of tile to surprise my husband on his birthday and I paid extra for express tracking signed for delivery. The item arrived late, it ruined my surprise and the tracking number did not work. After 3 days that I came back home I found the item in my post box (it was supposed to be signed for)
Since October 28th I have been in touch with costumer service. They just copy paste same content for me, from manager Ivan to other staff.
They asked me to pay for the return and refused to compensate the inconvenience they caused resulted in ruining my surprise.
I doubt that the customer service understands what I say as the response is always irrelevant.
Never trust the delivery date!
I will definitely escalate the issue

Lovely tiles at a great price. The sample tiles we requested were received quickly. We placed an order for the tiles. Again they were received quickly and were packaged well. We have not used the files yet but will review again once they are on the wall.

Mostly a great experience, tile quality excellent, however disappointed with variety of tiles, there should have been a selection of 8 but after opening the 6 packs ordered there was only 1 tile of one of the designs, shame as rest of order was good!

I bought tiles for a bathroom refurbishment but needed to order more. They were sold out so Luke told me how to return them . I ordered different tiles the same day- 11/10. They were delivered on 14/10 and at the same time the return tiles were collected . The tiles are now on the walls and look good. Thank you.

delivered as promised, it did take a few days but it was worth the wait, we have received very beautiful tiles so all in all , I think I will be ordering again.

Fantastic turnaround

Really pleased with the sample tiles ordered on-line - saved me driving to the other side of the city to colour match tiles. It helped me make a decision and the plumber will be ordering them as a result of this.

Saw the exact same tiles as the ones purchased from Tile.co.uk in Topps Tiles at double the price, so well pleased I shopped around and found this site. Delivery was about a week and safely delivered on a pallet. Definitely recommend

Very impressed with quality, pattern, swift delivery and price. We bought two boxes of “surprise patterns” to tile our fire surround on our narrowboat. We had plenty left over to do a splashback in the kitchen and another small area around the boiler. Would recommend.
