Wrong item has been delivered, I have contacted Britain's Got Tiles multiple times via their website and have still not received a response.

Helpful Service &good tile choices
Showroom had a good display of tiles and lady in Bristol store was very helpful as was Mike on the phone (based in Paignton I think). The delivery of tiles was prompt and the delivery guy helpful and polite. It's a real shame the company is closing down

Excellent customer service!
Both Andy and Mike were extremely helpful. There was an issue with the way I placed my order but this was resolved quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick to respond and excellent customer service. Would definitely use again

Friendly Customer Service
Prompt communication from customer service, but let down because they did not send me a shipment notification initially with tracking details, so I missed the first attempt to deliver. Today, I'm waiting for the second delivery attempt, having now been furnished with a tracking code but only after emailing customer service. The tiles look beautiful on the website image, so I trust they will be the same in reality.

'm happy with the purchase
'm happy with the purchase. I bought online the Zurbaran wall tiles and grout for my bathroom. very beautiful tiles, delivered 2 days after order was placed, in good condition with no broken tiles. All the materials were delivered on a pallet.

Super flooring from here. Very helpful staff, Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with working out all my meterage. Fast delivery too. Highly recommend this company and I'll be back for more flooring and kitchen tiles in the next coming weeks. Thank you, great company, with so much choice.

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional
You are pretty much ignored when you walk in the shop especially the arrogant ginger man who is sarcastic, was vaping when we walked in and not interested. I can’t stand people that don’t acknowledge you when you walk in.we wanted to check other shops so after checking we called in our order over the phone
We purchased 4 boxes of tiles over the phone and were NEVER told at any time that we couldn’t return any unused boxes which were £63 a pop. I had to keep phoning for two weeks to ask where my tiles were. No one spoke to anyone so nobody knew. In the end they finally told me the tiles had been there for two days. No professionalism whatsoever
Just tried to return an unused box today and was with no exception told they weren’t refunding as it was a special order. We tried to argue that at no time were we told about the non refund policy as we knew we only needed three but got four in case of error.
Wished I had recorded the call now as I paid and nothing else was discussed.
A sign was on the wall saying about special orders I had no idea ours were special order.
Basically I was told to sell them on eBay. Totally unhelpful.
I said they were taking bs trying to get away with not refunding and the ginger man just sarcastically thanked me.
Will NOT ever be returning to this excuse of an outfit who clearly have no customer service skills at all and do not care about consumer rights

From your review on our business there appears to be a numerous inaccuracies in your review.
You came into the store on a couple of occasions and discussed your requirements with a member of our staff and YOU asked for the extra box and then as you mentioned you placed the order later over the phone. You WERE told that these were not stock items on your visit and that we could not accept any returns and you are correct there are also numerous signs in the showroom.
Additionally, please don't return to any of our stores we don't accept customers shouting at any of our staff and telling any member of staff to "F*** O**" and nor do we accept swearing a poor behaviour in front of other customers.

Really impressed with service messages/questions answered promptly.. bought bathroom tiles Nature and Nature grey. Delivery all as you would want on time etc however some were broken but this was expertly sorted out and replacement tiles sent quickly.. love them. Went on to buy kitchen tiles samples sent very quickly, helpful phone contact regarding colour. Ocean series. Tiles arrived perfectly and look great very happy with them Thank you
