We design, supply and install bathrooms and kitchens, supply and fit bedroom furniture, and stock an extensive range of wall and floor tiles imported directly from leading Italian and Spanish manufacturers.
Our brands include Burlington, Aqualisa, Merlyn, HiB, Porcelanosa, JTP, Original Style, Casalgrande, ABK, Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue, among others. Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue cover both kitchens and bedroom furniture, giving customers a joined-up approach to their home design.
We offer a free, no obligation measure and design service. One of our designers will visit your home, take measurements and produce a full CAD design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom will look before committing to anything. This takes the guesswork out of planning and makes sure every detail works together before anything is ordered. We have our own experienced installers if you need them, or we are equally happy to work alongside your preferred fitter.
We know that delivery and service matter just as much as the products themselves, so we offer clear, reliable UK delivery options, keeping you updated every step of the way. If you have questions at any stage, our team is always on hand to help, from product enquiries to aftercare support.
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. You are welcome to come in and browse, and our team is always on hand if you have questions or want to talk through a project.

Avoid this lying company
Avoid this lying company. Ordered Original style tiles, quoted a maximum 5 week lead time. After 5 weeks, I could not get hold of anyone, after limited contact or answers after 7 weeks I finally managed to get hold of Kara. I was Told original style were out of stock, I checked this with Original Style, they told me they had thousands in stock.

Excellent customer service!!
Found online and sent an initial enquiry in for tiles, and I kept changing the enquiry as the design of the bathroom altered.
Nothing was too much trouble and they kept helping even though I had not placed the order yet.
Katie was a huge help and tiles were ordered in November, arrived quickly and all now fitted.
Thank you and I will use you again for our next bathroom in the coming weeks.

Very Helpful, Good Price
Originally found the tile I wanted at a local supplier, but at a significantly higher price. Even with a delivery charge the price was much better here, Katie was extremely helpful when I phoned for further information, and my order was delivered in good time. Very pleased.

Shocking service from Katie, stay away from this company
We ordered 11 boxes as told by our tilers once he measured up. Spoke to a rude and abrupt lady by the name of Katie who has been a nightmare to deal with. The tiles arrived promptly however only 10 boxes. Tried calling them to get answers, didn't answer. Followed up with an email and didn't get back to me. We couldn't wait around as our tilers had other jobs and only had the one weekend to do ours. We then had to search for our tiles and purchased a box for the tilers to complete the job. I then wrote another email a week after and Katie finally responded.
They said they were NOT going to give me a refund for my missing box and basically took our money. They had every excuse under the sun. Absolutely shocked at this service. In the process of contacting trading standards. Stay away from them!

Thank you for raising your concerns. I’m sorry you feel the customer service we have offered hasn’t been up to standard. We take all negative feedback very seriously and pride ourselves on the excellent level of customer service we aim to offer, which is reflective in our overall Trustpilot reviews.
I can see from your invoice, the quantity ordered equated to just under 10 boxes but the units were in square metres. When this was investigated by our team, we saw that this was made clear when your query was bought up after you accepted delivery.
We then offered you the additional box you needed at a discounted price and said we would cover any courier costs as a gesture of goodwill. This was rejected by yourself and you asked for a refund of one box. Unfortunately, we were unable to do this as you received exactly what was on both your quote and invoice so there was no outstanding balance to credit.
