À propos de Tiles and Bathrooms Online (TABO)
Écrit par l'entreprise
Tiles and Bathrooms Online (TABO) is a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom specialist based in Milton Keynes, with a showroom at Waterside Park, Old Wolverton Road. We design, supply and install bathrooms and kitchens, supply and fit bedroom furniture, and stock an extensive range of wall and floor tiles imported directly from leading Italian and Spanish manufacturers.
Our brands include Burlington, Aqualisa, Merlyn, HiB, Porcelanosa, JTP, Original Style, Casalgrande, ABK, Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue, among others. Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue cover both kitchens and bedroom furniture, giving customers a joined-up approach to their home design.
We offer a free, no obligation measure and design service. One of our designers will visit your home, take measurements and produce a full CAD design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom will look before committing to anything. This takes the guesswork out of planning and makes sure every detail works together before anything is ordered. We have our own experienced installers if you need them, or we are equally happy to work alongside your preferred fitter.
We know that delivery and service matter just as much as the products themselves, so we offer clear, reliable UK delivery options, keeping you updated every step of the way. If you have questions at any stage, our team is always on hand to help, from product enquiries to aftercare support.
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. You are welcome to come in and browse, and our team is always on hand if you have questions or want to talk through a project.

- 🛁🍽️ Bathroom, Kitchen & Bedroom Design
- Our in-house designers will visit your home, take detailed measurements and create a full CAD design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom will look before anything is ordered. The service is completely free with no obligation to buy. If you go ahead with installation, your designer manages the entire project from start to finish, coordinating deliveries, booking trades and checking progress throughout.
- 🧱 Tiles & Flooring
- We import wall and floor tiles directly from leading Italian and Spanish manufacturers including Casalgrande, ABK, Unicom Starker, Novabell, Grespania and Dune. Our range covers porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaic, large format and outdoor tiles. We also stock luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and soft flooring options, with a wide selection on display in our Milton Keynes showroom.
- 🛠️ Trade Customers Welcome

We also showcase luxury soft flooring, underfloor heating, outdoor tiles, worktops and glass splashbacks. Tile samples are available to order online or collect in store, so you can see colours and finishes in your own home before committing.
- 🏅 Approved Retailer for Leading Brands
- Porcelanosa, Crown Imperial, Blossom Avenue, Original Style and Burlington are among the trusted brands we are approved to retail. Approved dealer status means you can buy with confidence, knowing you are getting genuine products with full manufacturer support, and that our team has been trained and vetted by the brands themselves.
✅ Our Guarantees to You
We stand behind our work and the products we supply.
All installation work carried out by our team is covered by a 12 month warranty. The products we supply come with manufacturer guarantees, which we pass on to our customers as standard. If anything needs attention after your project is complete, just get in touch and we'll sort it out. We're also pleased to offer a price match on Porcelanosa products, so if you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, let us know.

Brilliant Service All Round
Professional, polite, helpful, and honest. Ordered a sample of an old tile that I was told would be a 1,000 to 1 chance of a match. Fair play to "Tiles & Bathrooms" they also said that a match of such an old tile would be miraculous. I received the sample 3 days later and it was a perfect match. Ordered what I needed. Arrived on a small pallet in perfect condition. The haulage company rang to ask the best delivery day and the driver called me when a half hour away. Brilliant service all round. Thanks "Tiles & Bathrooms" and thanks "Interhaul"

Hi Ivan,
I can see from the quote you were sent prior to placing your order that you were made aware of the re-stocking fee and still chose to go ahead with your order. This was also on the invoice you were sent post making payment.
Unfortunately, this a fee set by the supplier and not ourselves. It is made clear on relevant quotes and is in the terms and conditions on the website.
Kind Regards,
Tiles & Bathrooms Online customer team
Excellent service and great price
Excellent service over the phone. I got my porcelanosa tiles for about 40% less than porcelanosa quoted. They organise the courier for you and they are flexible on the day they deliver which is great. Everything came on time and everything is in perfect condition.
Would definitely recommend!

Sales staff very abrupt and appear disinterested in customer needs. Paid £55 for delivery that took 9 days to arrive. Every time I phoned I was told call back tomorrow. Eventually someone checked order status to discover it hadn’t even been released by the manufacturer. No delivery updates or tracking. Pretty poor service really.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your feedback.
Would you please be able to make contact with us and advise on when the calls were made, as we only have record of one call that resulted in our advisor asking the supplier to release the tiles straight away, and upgrading your delivery free of charge to a next day AM service.
We apologise for the manufacturer not releasing the tiles however, as you can imagine, it is out of our control if the supplier has not made us aware of delays. This was rectified straight away in order to get your tiles to you as soon as possible.
We are sorry you feel this way, nevertheless we feel we made every effort to resolve the issue as fast and efficiently as we could.
Kind Regards,
Tiles & Bathrooms Online Customer Team
