Hmm... bit unprofessional
I found this website after another company not being able to fulfill my order. The price was much cheaper then bumped up at the end with a large delivery cost. I ordered anyway.
The website wasn't too clear on how to add to basket so i used the WhatsApp service. They replied quick but then tried calling but i couldn't answer. I thought this a little strange but i worked out how to do it from the message.
I confirmed I'd submitted my order and the response was also poorly written. After ordering I received no confirmation or delivery details so i asked for a timescale.in the WhatsApp chat. All i got was monday by 5pm. Monday 9pm i confirmed i had not received the tiles and asked for tracking. They said the would provide them in the morning by the afternoon i had to chase again and they called and said they would provide them but they didn't. I had to chase again and said i was concerned at not receiving these. They then sent them to me. This was now Wednesday and they were still not with the local deliver company.
Finally Thursday at 3:30pm a truck arrived and they had no way to get the goods off. I called and the seller did try to sort this for me but it was extremely stressfull and i was livid. They had to come back the next day to deliver.
Since the last call saying he was trying to sort out the mess I received nothing from him. No confirmation or apology.
I think the whole process needs to be a bit more organised as it's pretty unprofessional. I thought i had been scammed to be honest.
I did receive my order and I haven’t checked it properly yet so hopefully it's ok. Although the actual delivery issue is not the sellers fault, i feel the way the whole order was handled and processed was pretty hectic and unprofessional. Maybe it could have been avoided by use of a different delivery network more capable of fulfilling the delivery.

Worst experience Ever
Worst experience, just lies about delivery dates. It’s all ways the next day, excuses after excuse, he has delayed my job and made promises that he don’t keep.
When you speak with him, he blames it on everything else. I have lost over a week because of his lies, I had to send the builder home. He is trying to make out he is some big-time paving company, this is actually one person who is incompetent. Do not use this company, appalling.

Very very I must say Extremely poor service… I had 4 broken tile and he didn’t replace that keep giving me fake excuses until 3 weeks … he did same thing to my good friend and his also not happy please guys don’t buy from him … batter to buy from good reputed store ..
