They offer a comprehensive range of clothing, including tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and accessories, making it convenient for parents to find complete outfits for their little ones.

Bad service. Had to go on ‘Shop’ app to track my parcel. There it had ‘shipping’ status for more than a week. Contacted Tilly&Jasper. They never answered any email.
Will buy clothes elsewhere next time.

I was slightly confused by receiving a request to review before I had received the goods! More clarity over when the garment was going to arrive would have been useful.
The quality of the sleepsuit is excellent and the colour is as expected. I am very pleased!

I found the website a bit clunky and ended up having to make 2 different orders for the 3 products I wanted as there was some unavailability which you only knew after you had clicked on the number and then couldn’t cancel that item to get 3 of the same.

I have ordered on the 1st Sept, with the following shipping method: (UK Royal Mail 1st Class: 1 to 2 Working Days).
I was later informed that due to the size of my order, it was despatched with DPD next day working day delivery. Until this day (8th Sept) I haven't received any order. After two emails sent on the 5th and 7th Sept, I haven't heard any news about it. I am a little bit worried that my order has been lost.

I ordered some clothes on the 8th August and haven't received to date. Have previously used and had no problems. However customer services is non existent. Messenger no reply, telephone number tried a few times no answer, emails (2 different emails) no reply. I am not sure what to do? I'm £33 out of pocket!!

Update: they have finally replied to me. Will see if the issue will be resolved before updating again. Update: first class tracking & received all products now. Have increased review from 1 to 4 stars.

Excellent customer service. The wooden farm set is very good quality, good value for money, very well packed and a lovely range of animals, people, fences and tractors which will generate hours of play. Parcel arrived very promptly. Thank you so much!!

I have purchased numerous times from Tilly & Jasper. I just love their clothes. It’s a shame they only go up to a certain age though. My little grandson loved his new holiday outfit! Have noticed the website has been down for weeks now. It would have been nice to update customers with what has been happening, it’s my favourite website, hope all is ok

Very poor customer service. I used a discount code from the internet only to receive a bill for the remaining cost of the items a week later and be informed that what I had paid was a ‘deposit’ and that my items would be sent once I had paid the remaining amount. I emailed to cancel my order and received no reply but a notification to say that my order had been cancelled. Four weeks later I have still not been refunded the amount I paid. I have emailed and called several times with no response (despite the fact that I know emails must be checked due to them issuing the refund email in the first place). They have essentially stolen my money and called it a deposit despite me signing absolutely nothing to this effect and there being no terms to this effect made clear when using the code.

Absolutely wonderful collection of planet friendly, organic and super cute childrenswear and toys. My 'go to' for a gift bundle for a newborn whenever a friend is blessed with a baby! Yoga pants are a must for baby cholic and wind, of which they always have plenty :)
