Yesterday I received an email from Jeff their higher up. Although I couldn't get the card I had one he let me keep that one and took care of the issue far beyond. This speaks volumes. Although I had a bad experience his willingness to right the wrong speaks exponentially. Because of this and their communication i am happy to say I will be a lifelong customer!
The reviews here telling you this is a scam is because they are actually the scammers. While customer support could improve a bit, and it has been, everything else about this platform is great.
I have been ripping packs on tilt rips for a month and have never waited more than 30 minutes for a withdraw. If your withdraw is stuck, it might be a KYC issue. Scammers are known to take advantage of companies like this and then just spam them with negative reviews because they couldn’t get their way.
Tilt Rips is legit and if you are legit too you will have a great time on this platform as opposed to other platforms.

I deposited 30 euros yesterday as one of my friends invited me to the platform. When I tried to withdraw MY OWN MONEY, they refused all my cards. They even changed the terms of the contract! all of a sudden! super inconsiderate and inappropriate if not illegal.
They keep refusing my cards and withdrawal requests.
It's not just my problem but everyone's. We're all in the same boat. Stay away from this company. Never again!
I made a $50 deposit on my first deposit with tilt ribs and was continuing to make deposits and playing and opening packs with them and realized that I was supposed to get a $10 free pack when I made my first deposit so I hit up the support team and ask them if I could please get my promo because I forgot because I did not know that I was supposed to get it on my first deposit. They informed me that since I did not use it on my first deposit I could no longer get it after I had already spent probably over 2 to $300 with them within a couple days and would have continued to spend money with them before I realized what kind of company that they was. If they are a company that is willing to lose that much money over $10 on a promo pack that they are not going to let me get a good car to do anyway if they are so goofy and so bad of a business that they're not able to realize that the promo pack that they would give me is not going to generate any good cars 90% of the time it's going to be junk cards and I would have been happy and continue to spend money with them then this is not a company that I would advise anybody to get involved with that is horrible business decisions so just imagine what kind of decisions and what kind of shady stuff they are doing to customers behind the scenes.
Love the concept and love the idea that on every pack i open, i can ship it directly to my home address.

I was able to deposit with Google Pay. I opened some packs and made $40. I was able to buy more packs with those funds with no delays. I withdrew the funds into my bank via Etransfer in Canada. The security code question was sent by email.
The funds are now in my bank almost instantly.
The only thing that wouldnt work was my paypal.
So far so good!
