The product are well priced, of good quality band packaged well for delivery, we are very happy with our decision to buy from Living Timber. The staff are friendly and helpful when they answer the phone.
There was an issue with delivery timings, but I contacted them and they went out of their way to send the delivery to me so the contractors we had booked could carry out the job. They are not that great at keeping you informed of delivery timings, but do update you if you contact them. We really appreciated that they accommodated our needs.

Slow, not prioritised. Not told anything unless i chased.

Good experience from start to finish. Quickly delivered samples and well priced quality products. Package arrived on time. Had one batten of 22 that had a crack but not major.

Ordered some Western Red Cedar cladding. I never received an email confirmation however calls and emails were answered and the order was delivered promptly as promised. I allowed too much for waste as the quality was such only the off cuts were wasted not any poor quality waste. I would use again and recommend.

I had initially left a one star review, however, goods have now arrived, no communication from company until I left a review on trust pilot , don’t think it’s much to ask for a reply to an email or phone call during office hours. Prices were very competitive and good product, hopefully my experience was a one off.

Great service..asked these guys to hold my order until after my holiday which they were happy to do and they shipped the items the day of my return.

Cedar battens came well protected and were in great condition, Due to a change of plan for my project my second order for more wood was delivered a few days after I ordered it,

First time i have used Timberlivingcompany and cant fault sevice . Clading was deliverd sooner than expected and was well wraped to protect from damage.

Replaced 2 boards quickly and easily and arrived with in a few days so we could finish the job thanks
